We had not been to Dave & Busters in over a decade! So, we took our oldest who is 9 and we had a blast! They have a great staff who is attentive to the games and really ensures their guest have a great time! I even won the jackpot on quick drop!We even had dinner. The waitress was very polite but a bit slow. The food was exceptional. We started the triple bacon cheese burger!

It was great way cheaper then getting cards for each kid and refilling them with more money. 2 play cards with 2 hours of game play. ( Only blue and green light games also if you play the ticket game you dont get the tickets with the 2 hour game pass.) We also had dinner which was the Nachos that to die for, wings and fries and my son had ths buster burger and fries. I can say for all that we spent around $110. Not bad for 3 hours of family time.

Took the wife and kids here and had a blast. I think the $3 jello shooters in big syringes helped some. But this is a good location to bring the family and spend a couple hours playing games.

Went on Wednesday as it was half off all games, super fun! No one seems to be out right now so perfect time to play with no waits. Spent way to much money! The bar is also open but you have to stay seated, you can not carry around your drinks yet.

Today was the first time going here, EVER!! We went to Jacksonville as a little getaway, and we had to stop at Dave & Busters!!!! I fell in love with it!!! My inner child definitely came out!! The only negative thing was these bad kids, unsupervised, just sitting at the games pretending to play them and when asked nicely if they would move, we got told no, we are playing, however not once, while we stood there, did they pay for any games!!! But thats not the companies fault, that is on the parents... I cant wait to bring my whole family there SOON!! I wish there was a Dave & Busters closer to where we live, because that would become a place we would go all the time, they would make a killing where were at!!!The staff was so sweet, friendly and very helpful!!! Overall, it was a pleasant experience all around!!!!

The food was far better than expected. Prices were a bit steep but its usual for a place like this. The bloody mary was good. The gaming area was clean and well kept. Ill take my kids back here

Had a great time here. Most definitely will be back. And I agree with another patron, with having to wear mask the a/c could use bumping down a bit. And just so you know, no one was wearing gloves while playing games and none of games were being cleaned. Nachos were good but could have used a little more toppings on them. Over all, I say again, I will be back. In the times we are in now, not holding anything against anyone. We are all trying to do our best. God bless.

Super friendly staff, good games good drinks. Had a blast on date night.They have all sorts of games from Nintendo, to atari and even old carnival style and analog machines. Lots of screens and seating for the ball games and UFC fights. This place is epic in size and fun.

I thought the food was mediocre for the price. Restaurant was clean. Really attentive server. Desk that sold game cards was not knowledgeable on separation of food & game packages. Games were super costly and seemed like every angle they can get more money from you they did. The games were fun. Lots to choose from kids loved it. Stuff for grownups too. Had hand sanitizer all over and distanced games. Requires masks, can buy one at the deskwhich is ridiculous since your properly distanced. Went between 5-7:30 on a Thursday wasnt very busy.

This is a great place to take visitors from out of town. The food here is pretty good but drinks are very over priced. Games were pretty good as well. One of the better locations Ive been to.

Food was good. Waitress was not very attentive. Lots of games but several of them took our money, Im guessing about $30 worth. So the games definitely need to be worked on. Would come back, but definitely could use some improvement! Also they definitely need more than one person working in the back where you cash in your tickets it was overcrowded and merchandise was all over the floor and scattered about. I also agree with the previous ladies comment it is definitely too hot in there and why might people wear masks when the games arent being cleaned and no one has on gloves pointless

Its such a fun place to spend time with your family. I went on a Sunday after church on my birthday. Truly loved it. Will be going back for my husband Birthday.

My husband and I went here after a long week of doctor appointments. It was our last night in town and we wanted to do something fun before we left. Not to mention our hotel was right around the corner. We walked in and sat down at the bar to have a drink first and the waitress AND manager refused to take my ID because it was 2 days expired and I wasnt even aware until she pointed it out. Not to mentional Im over 30 so Im well legal enough to drink. They were very nasty and rude about it so we left and took our money elsewhere.

Everytime we go we have a pretty good experience. The food and drinks are generally good. But we really just go for rhr games. I think we have only discovered a few broken machines afyer we put our card in. But were reimbursed for our purchase.

Food is just average, your typical bar fare. Could be better, could be worse. The deals you can get with the cards make it somewhat worthwhile. I can’t say we ever plan to eat there intentionally. The drinks are good, rarely have had a flat draft so that’s a plus.

I visited this location 09/26/20, the service was not great in the restaurant and the place was packed despite social distancing protocols. Obviously we took a risk going to a public arcade full of people, but 2 days after our visit all the adults in my party tested positive for covid19. Of course it is not known if we got it here or not, but we didnt go anywhere else and have been isolated for months. They had signs and announcements about social distancing and mask requirements however they unable to enforce it properly. I also thought id see some sort of cleaning of the games hundreds of people were touching, and never saw anything of the sort. I think they can do better.

Great bar and fun atmosphere. Quality food items that seem to be priced somewhat fairly. Of course the games are a good part of the experience as well. D&B is just nice kind of family friendly place.

The wait for a table for 2 was and hour long, but we were able to play around the arcade while we waited. When we got seated the service was slow, but good. The food was excellent and worth the wait.

Great family fun. Went for son 4th birthday. He had a blast. Food was delicious, definitely worth the 2 hour drive.

My first time at Dave and busters. Had a lot of fun and my friends all pooled our points to get a huge prize for one of our friends. We did not try any food here but the game floor seemed very clean and the staff seemed friendly

Initially coming for my grandsons birthday party and skeptical because of the pandemicconcerns, I was pleasantly surprised by the changes and atmosphere. The food is better than I remember and the signature drinks were really tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the servers were delightful. Well definitely be going back soon.

We went to the restaurant part of this establishment, planning to play games afterwards. It took so long to get our subpar food, we only had about 15 minutes to eat before it closed. We arrived an hour and a half before closing. Every staff member was short with us and clearly unhappy. I got chicken alfredo and it was flavorless, mushy, and not even hot. The mixed drinks were super sweet and very weak. Im honestly not sure if they remembered to put alcohol in them.. My boyfriend got chicken wings and they were bland as well. We will never eat here again. A woman was yelling near the entrance about how terrible the service was and honestly I dont blame her. I didnt expect much from a chain restaurant like this, but I was still extremely disappointed.

I moved from Jersey 18months ago. And we chose D&B to celebrate our daughter 35th bday that passed away 6/20. She lived in Maryland and it was 1 of her fav spots . I enjoyed myself with my husband and daughter our 1st time visiting a D&B from the bar to the appetizer then the games i felt like a 54 yr old kid

Food was great but havent been in a few years due to things always being broken. Same story this time only quicker response to getting credits back after spending on broken games. They still dont have every game open either they are operating at half capacity in the game area but full capacity in the restaurant.....

The atmosphere was great, not to busy and crowded. We had dinner and played games. The dinner wasn’t the best. Had a cheeseburger & fries, my sons had chicken tenders and boneless chicken wings. My burger was a burnt and the tenders were over cooked. The server was good at trying to make sure our drinks were topped off.

This would be a good atmosphere for a date or a night out with friends. Just relax with the friendliest services and happy hours.

My girlfriend and I come here all of the time, you can’t beat half price games on Wednesday’s, and they have the best happy hour for drinks. Service can sometimes be slow at the bar, but that’s expected with how many people just walk up and expect to be helped next. Often times it’s a long wait on the weekends, but that is to be expected. This location has had some of the same games out of service since we started coming in October.. maybe take these machines out and bring in new ones!

Eat BEFORE you come. The games are great! Had a blast playing them. My daughters and I all got burgers and they were all charcoal burnt when they came out. The fries were good but all 3 burgers were seriously burnt to a crisp and when we asked for new ones they basically treated us like we were awful people and kept rolling their eyes and laughing. So we played out games and went so.ewhere else to eat afterwards.

Drinks were wayyyyy over priced and food was mediocre at best entertainment was fun 4 margs chocolate milk 8 wings cause thats all you can get philly slider and a hotdog meal for the kid 87 dollars

I took my grandma here for her birthday I definitely was not let down and neither was she . The quality of the food was excellent and the service was very great as well. Its definitely a restaurant I will recommend at least that location.

It was ok. This was my first experience being here and it was a let down. The only good thing was the one greeting you at the customer service desk as you enter. Other than that it was mediocre for the money you spend. As you past customer service and enter into the area you see the bar and the dining area which which had sooooooo many tables not cleared off from previous dining experiences. They either clearly were under staffed or didnt care. I was told seating in a certain area was first come first served and would have liked to sit there but again the tables were not cleared off. When we were seated the person at the podium who seated us seemed to not care. The server while he did checking on us seemed to be over worked or hated his job. He did provide exceptional service though. The drinks were over piced and under pourd. The food was ok. games were over priced. Some cost 12 credits (over a dollars worth). Basically Id say save your money and go elsewhere, bang for buck its not worth it.

Great time overall. My husband was served a drink with a fruit fly in it so that was gross but they were nice enough to bring him another one without the bug!

Great price for a lot of fun. Our first visit and we did the 2 hours of unlimited play for no tickets/prizes and definitely recommend if you dont care about winning tickets.

I had a good time here. The staff is doing their part to keep people healthy. I saw staff walking around cleaning machines on more than one occasion. But the other guests did not seem to care. No one else was wearing a mask. So for now I would recommend going during the off hours.

I love David and Busters. This is the ultimate place to go when its the weekend for some good food and games. The atmosphere is very great and you can always look forward to friendly staff. Food is pretty good just not a big fan of their mac n cheese. But the sliders and chicken tenders is most drfinetly good.

Terrible service from the moment we walked in the door. We left before we even ordered because the server and manager were ridiculously rude.

I come here almost every time I visit my brother in North FL and it rarely disappoints. Its usually pretty busy (not so much during the pandemic) but youll almost always find something to do. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

This is a great place to hang out with the family and I had a fun time with my kids,but the fact that the system is down and they can only fill you a new card with only $20 for a 100 tokens and once the the card is empty and you want to refill,you are obligated to buy a new card every time it needs a refill. I just dont get it why they do this. If the systems down,how are you filling the new ones up with tokens.,thank you Dave & busters

Worse D&B ever! After playing we decided to eat and get drinks. So, we ordered one of the appetizers from the happy hour; Asian Chicken Wonton Nachos. Since it was about 10:30pm and we needed to go somewhere else we decided to ask it to go (before we got the order). When we got back home all we have on the to go box was maybe 3 chips and a couple of other stuff. All looked like leftovers. SO DISAPPOINTED. I DID NOT KEEP THE CHECK OTHERWISE I’D PUT THE NAME OF THE WAITRESS, TIME AND EVERYTHING.

Meh, bartending proving grounds, stick to straight pours or beer. Good place to let you kid blow off some steam but some parents think this is an interactive day care and so do the creepers. Food can be good at times. The 20 dollar unlimited play for 2 hours is decent at non busy times.

The games were overall pretty fun, they have a really good deal with the eat&play combo. the food wasn’t the best, i enjoyed the games more than anything and they do have a way of sucking you completely dry of money so be careful️this is a really good place to go with a party 6 or more, just choose your entrees wisely.

I would have said we had a great time because we did. Here is the issue I brought a card to play my games which was $23ish dollars. My food was $24ish dollars. I checked my account after that night (26 June 2020). I had a charge of $71 dollars. I tipped the waitress $25 dollars in cash! She was really overworked being they were low staffed. Yet the audacity to add a tip to my ticket. Our waitress name was Jasmine. I am not sure if she did it or what happened but I keep trying to call for them to fix it because its not the money its the principal. Yet no one wants to talk about it or call me back. If you go here have cash or you run the chance of your money being taken.

My fiancé & I took our kids there yesterday, they had so much fun. There were so many options for them to choose from. It was definitely affordable and the food was good.

Could sit at bar and watch all the games that was being played, and grandsons birthday was very special.

Food at nearly every Dave and Busters is just average; the one in Jacksonville is no different. Service here was good but there was a long wait for our food to come out. This location does have a huge assortment of games which makes it a fun experience. Most are expensive to play, but you know what you are getting into when you come here. Some of the games took points from our card without allowing us to play, but the staff gladly refunded the points. A fun afternoon with very average food.

Great family atmosphere with lots of games and good food. The facility is kept very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

A great deal on Wednesday. Its happy hour all the drinks are half-off and the rides are. I had a blast and the food was good.

A little pricey if you dont catch a deal. Big enough to have plenty to do for an hour but small enough not to lose the kids for more than a minute.

Be careful with your at the bar, I was double charged and I told the bar guy and he took it off...after two days later I check my account and I see he put the charge back on my card . When I only sign to one of the charges...so who sign for the other charge

They staff here is great and the games are so much fun. Great time with the kids. The only knock is the food. In all fairness, I dont think people come here for the food. Kind of like amusement park food. Its just convenient they even have it. Everything g else is spot on. Ill keep coming back every Wednesday for half priced games!

For as busy as it was, the establishment seemed to be under staffed. The food that came out was a gamble as to how good it would be. My food was fine. The dessert was an incredible idea. They gave you plenty and it tasted good. The staff was nice enough for as busy as they were.

During this pandemic they tell you to wear a mask at all times and they even tell you the proper way to wear a mask but then after you get past the front door it isnt enforced at all. They really only care about the money they can get out of your pockets

The games are great and had a great time with my friends and coworkers here. Sometimes the games can cheat you by taking your money and not letting you play. The food really isn’t that good and I went there for $2 tacos but got overcharged regular price. The front staff (who you purchase the cards) from was complaining and calling the other staff names. That was very unprofessional. I’ve been here about 5+ times and leave with bad vibes each time. If it weren’t for my friends who can make even the worst places better I probably wouldn’t go.

They are not sanitizing the games very well and not enforcing mask wearing. If youre not concerned about covid then its as good as usual. If you are concerned about covid you might want to go somewhere else.

I have never seen a place like Dave & Busters! I was having surgery the next day and wanted to get a good meal, the food was so good and the place was so coll for all the game! Even the black girl at the counter was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks for everything being great!! Thank you!
