This theatre always has the latest movies and some classics. I usually go on discount Tuesday. If you register for a free AMC account, you can see a standard movie for $7 on Tuesday. They also have a popcorn and drink combo for $5. AMC Stubs Premier is good if you are going to buy more than 5 movie tickets a year. The waived convenience fee and birthday drink pay for the cost for Premiere.

Great consideration for covid 19 precautions and the staff was very friendly. Make sure you get a gift card or bring a credit card as they are cashless inside.

Had a great time with my boyfriend. we went and seen Men and Black International. we paid online and was able to walk on in and get scanned and was instructed to our movie. love the whole experience even tho we didnt get movie treats but it was worth it

Great showing of The Empire Strikes Back for only five dollars. Main complaint is that the bass sound from the next door theater was louder than the movie at times. Clean theater and friendly staff!

Having less people to potentially interrupt the movie is a trade-off to limiting the food choices. Otherwise, great facilities.

I love AMC Regency theater.on a Tuesday night.im a stub member so I get perks on those night.its like getting a free movie.

It is great to get back to the movies, but you guys didnt fix anything while you had the covid time? The lights that light up the stairs were flashing on and off during the whole move... very distracting.

Its not brand new thats for sure,But with an IMAX theater and A dolby theater its a good place to kill 2 hours if youre willing to spend 50 to $60 a couple on tickets snacks and maybe drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic

Great theatre. Clean. Has good parking and plenty of it. Has a bar with beer and liquor. Outside ticket kiosk so you can get a ticket and go. Also, They have real deal security packing heat and extra ammo with the vest and the flashlights on the guns and stuff. I think this cuts down on the rowdy teens someone is going to go after a softer target before they try a dark knight in this one. Im fine with it. Plenty of concession which are expensive, but what did you expect.

Simple movie theatre that has everything expected of one. The staff are nice. Lots of food options. The drink machines are the touch screen kind. There are no tables to sit at though. The seats have recliners which is awesome.

I have the A list monthly subscription. I watch 3 movies per week for just $22 a month. I love the fact that AMC has kiosks where you can just print your ordered tickets from online. Yes the food is movie theater expensive but I love the freestyle coke machine. The bar and the unique food choices (candy apple popcorn, spicy mini tacos, large Belgian pretzel ). IMAX has the best sound only issue is the reclining seats are not in that theater. Overall a good movie going experience.

This is a nice theater with great seats. I actually really loved the seats, they were some of the most comfortable seats I have had in a theater. The employees were friendly. There is not much more that you can ask for except for maybe making the snacks reasonably priced but that is a problem with all theaters.

[UPDATED REVIEW]One sales rep on a Saturday afternoon and Complete Technical Failure of Kiosks spell disappointing trip to the theaters + Convenience fee.Speaking to the manager I was given an I am sorry I cannot refund the convenience fee and speaking to customer service I received an we are sorry for the inconvenience). Given this poor handling of the issue (by the manager and their customer service later) has me vowing to never go to this location again and certainly not recommending it to others. Certainly the convenience fee should be waived if their sales reps and automated kiosks arent working as they should[DETAILS]Today my son, his friend, and I showed up 30 minutes prior to the beginning of our movie at 2:45. When we arrived I noticed the line was extremely long (all the way past the three row turnstile). Since the line was so long I went to the three kiosks on the other side of the doors. All three machines were out of order so I got back in line. After 5 minutes I noticed the line had not moved forward one person. That is when I noticed there was only 1 teller selling tickets (on a Saturday afternoon) and that she had been with the same customer. We waited 10 more minutes before I was really freaking out and purchased the tickets online. After purchasing my tickets we then got in line to purchase popcorn and drinks and waited yet again. While in line I noticed a nearly $6 Convenience Fee for purchasing online. I had my son and his friend wait in line while I spoke to the manager. While I was speaking to the person who called themselves the manager two more couples came up to complain about the line not moving out front (and only one teller). The Manager told me he couldnt do anything to help me with my objection to the Convenience Fee since it was an online purchase and that I should have bought the ticket outside. He additionally said he couldnt do anything about the kiosks or the one teller as he himself was working the door. Since he was working the door he told me to come back later as he was busy.By the time I got back to the concession stand line (now half way down the line) the movie time was now 5 minutes past. I sent the two kids to the theater while I waited to purchase the popcorn and sodas.Overall this was a poor experience, it should not take more than 30 minutes to purchase tickets, popcorn, and sodas. Even then if I use my AMC app to purchase tickets when you are short staffed and having a complete ticketing technical blackout; I should not have to pay a convenience fee.To Summarize- All three sales kiosks broken- Only one teller on a Saturday afternoon- 15 minutes in line to only move half way to the sales agent- 15 minutes to purchase popcorn and drinks- Charged convenience fee to purchase tickets- Manager not empathetic to the situation and unable to do anything about the lack of employees or kiosk technical difficulties

Great place to watch a movie, except when ignorant people sit next to you.

They have very good air conditioning and have very good props for anything you want to do out of the movie theater. They play adds before the movie starts. You can also get free popcorn refills whenever you want. They also have very good hygienic bathrooms with a bunch of toilets. AMC regency 24 is a great place to watch the newest and greatest movies of all Time.

The seats in the IMax theater arent that comfortable and the drinks holders were sloped downward. Everything else was great! The staff was friendly. Popcorn was fresh. All the drink machines worked. The recliner seats in the theater are very comfy.

Might be worth it to become a member of you visit on busy days since they take priority in line when getting food. However, the order your ticket and food (have it delivered to your seat) is a way to bypass that chaotic line and is also incredibly convenient! Especially if you have little ones. The seats are comfy and the theatres as well as the bathrooms, are always well kept and clean.

What was once great, is now not so great . Seats broken. Temperature in theaters is often awful. Hot and stuffy. Employees have gotten progressively worse . Rude. Busy with their phones or each other. Gave it 2 stars because the sound and projection is still great. Go to the new AMC opening up in Durbin . Im sure it will be better and maybe what this was when they fixed it up .. How sad.

BUGS BUGS BUGS....FRUIT FLIES.I am a horticulturist and my wife has studied entomology while getting her degree in horticulture. We know what we are talking about. Went to movies on (02/22/02) for a 5pm movie. The FRUIT FLIES really made our movie experience less than enjoyable.I informed the person who identified himself as the manager of the situation. His response was apathetic. Shame on him....

The seats! The seats! The reclining seats! They make the movie experience really great. They have this cheddar, caramel popcorn that is delicious (of course its WAAAY overpriced). The auditoriums are consistently clean, as are the conveniently placed toilets. The kiosks have been down for a while, which sucks for the introverts.

Kids had a great time

If there was a negative they would get it. Seats dirty!!!!! Staff attitude and forget about punctuality so pick up your own food. The guy that brought the food was doing his job but the little manager who was just standing around could have helped run the stand.

Im not premier or whatever it is so I had to wait in line forever to get a bottled water. Also, its so annoying how you can hear the bass from the movie(s) in the next theater(s) during the movie youre watching... especially when the bass is completely incompatible with the scene you are watching (like a quiet scene).

Fun movie theater. Rarely any long lines at concession, however sometimes food wait times are too long. Love the reclining chairs!

Theaters are always clean. Movie pictures have excellent visual and audio quality but needs better separation or soundproofing. Too many times you can hear loud booming sounds from another theater room nextdoor.Service upfront is too slow. There are a bunch of teenagers who have no sense of time. There are some just walking around talking or just looking popping popcorn and not helping when the line is nearly out the door.A few times it took me more than 20 minutes to get my food and drinks when there was also no more than 20 people in front of me with about 7 people working behind the counter. It would have taken 5 minutes at the most if they had managed the customers properly and not waste time! I missed all the previews if though I arrived early!!!

Good AMC with the reclining seats (all assigned). Fairly quick if you buy the tickets online and bring the QR code with you. The snacks have a great variety but they are all of course hugely overpriced.

Really great place to see a movie, any time of day! this theater didnt used to be as great, but they upgraded Everything about 4 years ago! the seats are really comfortable, the food selection is good, they even have a bar. going here alone at night is made safer now too, theres always a security guard driving around the parking lot. all around, very entertaining and nice place to go.

The movie we saw was awesome. Popcorn was not hot at all, why is popcorn never hot at the movies. We paid extra for dobly theater which was a waste. The movie was loud but one of the seats I paid for did not work and they couldnt get it to work.Not the best experience

Great Theater in the area. It has its pro’s and con’s, but what theater doesn’t. Being an A-List member makes a difference, and each time visiting is a pleasure. Remember to reserves seat ahead of time or you’ll be turned back most of the time.

This is the best local movie theater. They have reasonably priced alcohol in the concession stand. All other food and drinks are over priced. The remodeled recliners in each theater are relaxing. My favorite part is picking your seats when you purchase tickets.

Always a good experience here. Best thing was today after I ordered my concessions, I provided my stubs premiere then attempted to pay for it, I got a receipt saying it was free. I was this day old that for your birthday, AMC pays for your (or partial) concessions.

Saw CALL OF THE WILD, in comfy seats. Senior prices. Not crowded on Thursday afternoon.

Theyve got great auditoriums with reclining seating. They food selections are various. You can drink if you are of age. And my favorite- reserved seating. We will be back soon

While the Regency mall has seen better days, this AMC right is doing great! The reclining seats are updated and very comfortable. The image and audio quality was also good, but nothing amazing. The bathrooms are clean and modern and there isnt much to complain about.

I had trouble using app for purchase and when I went to concessions the mgr told me I was lying and refused to honor the deal i couldnt get the app to purchase. He also lied when I asked for condiment cups and said they were out even though the other employee was trying to get me one and they later filled them up. When I was leaving he walked right into me and then tried to say I pushed him. He has no customer service skills at all and is a liar. I will never come to this theater again!

Today my family and I went to watch the 4:30 showing of avengers; we arrived at the cinema at 4:15 and instantly jumped in the looooong line for concessions. To my surprise we were in line until 4:40! I’m a premier stubs member, but the problem was they ran out of popcorn not once but twice! So, we had to wait in line to get our popcorn after waiting in line to pay for our popcorn! The concession stand was filthy! The jalapeños smelled HORRIBLE and were very warm as if they were out all day or night! The butter machines were empty and cashier #4321 at station 103 was so rude and nasty! Her register was located right in front of the popcorn machine that was actually working so I’m not sure if she was just annoyed or what but she was HORRIBLE! Not friendly at all and was just rude! I don’t like making negative reviews especially when they reflect a particular person but my husband made sure to remind me to complete a review on her and made sure to save the receipt for me which NEVER happens! She seemed to have an attitude because the popcorn machine wasn’t working and there was a lot of people in the concession line, I guess she forgot it was $5 Tuesday and advancers was out! AMC regency is our favorite theatre and today was our son’s birthday I had to tell myself that I was not going to let her ruin my experience because I felt myself getting annoyed with her! She didn’t smile or greet us I felt like My family was a burden to her!

We enjoyed our movie and we really had a great date and went to do a little s hi shopping. No problems at all.

Its always such a nice experience when I go with my family. Its always clean. The employees are friendly. In always great customer service. And I also went on a date recently there too as well. And their recliner seats are always comfortable. I definitely highly recommend AMC Theaters.

Pretty much every screen has got a smudge or imperfection on it that detracts from the viewing experience.Ordering food online is unreliable and Ive only ever got 60% of what Ive ordered.Usually the bar is good if a decent bar tender is on duty.

Unbelievable $40 dollars for 2 adults for Bad Boys for life on 1/17/2020 at 10 PM in Imax in a relic of theater stadiums seats and no A/C and the movie cut out 10 min in and blank screen for 10 min and then they dont want to refund money. Save your money go to Tinsel Town much nicer worth the drive.I will never return to that theater. Not even worth a star

Prices not bad.. Service was excellent when we went... Adult drinks, free soda refills on the coke million flavor machine lol.. Join their free club for large popcorn refills.. Seats r definitely a plus recline all the way back bring ur sweetie an a blanket ur set.. All in all nice place to go for date night or family time..

Seats werent the reliable power up type, for a theater and screen that size is ridiculous.Other than that the sound was fabulous, vibration could be increased doe added effect which really puts you into the action.We watched Rise of the Jedi and the movie delivered, the again seats were uncomfortable arms in a declining angle?!!My 8 year old had to hold his slurpy every time so it wouldnt fall over and spill all over the floor.

It was a great time chill environment everybody was really respectful of the. I like how they upgraded their nachos and cheese now it comes with two cheese sauce packs. Before there was only one and I had all these nachos leftover with no cheese and now that problem has been solved!

Love this theater, I got there 20 minutes early, parking wasnt so bad and the alcohol was definitely on point, I suggest people who like strong drinks to try the electric lemonade because it was really good and it lasted me the whole 2 hours movie. I had to literally take small sips here and there.

Could hardly understand any of the lyrics in Frozen 2 when our family saw it in the theater next to the Dolby cinema. Sounds like the speakers have all been blown out. Was really disappointing.

We live an hour away and travel this far to see their Sensory Friendly movies. They used to be at 10 am but have recently moved times around. The website has a link for these movies, but rarely works. We first found out about the different show times by showing up an hour too early, at 10 am. Although, we could see employees walking around inside, no one was going to come talk to us, knocking on the door. We stood there for an hour not knowing if they were still offering these movies or not before they opened the doors. I dont understand why this is so hard?!?

They really did a great job upgrading this theater. Recliner seats installed so you can get really comfy while you enjoying your movie on the big screen. Great place to go for a date night. So glad that they installed a full bar with great selections to choose from(Liquor/Beer). You can even take you drink in the movie with you. AMC REGENCY HAS REALLY DONE IT THIS TIME.

I am not going to rehash my experience other than to say that staff need to be trained on how to handle private events. One of my vendors from work put on an event which was free to their customers. I was told to pay $18 for my free pop corns and soda. I had to ask to speak to manager to have it made free since the vendor had given everyone coupons for our popcorn and drinks during the event. Please train your staff better and teach managers customer service skills.

I havent gone out with my family to see a movie in a long time. So my husband and I figured we would take our 2 small children to see Toy Story 4. We went in the afternoon because its less crowded, and I was not sure how my children would behave in the theatre, it being their first time. We talk to the booth teller and I specifically tell the gentleman I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. He charged us for 2 tickets. We went inside and handed our tickets over to be checked and to be directed to the proper theatre. The lady checking the tickets asked where my 3 year old ticket was. I explained that the teller selling the tickets said we didnt need one. So she kept going back and forth about it. I told her I wasnt going back in line, in the heat to purchase another ticket after I was told I didnt need one. After entering the theatre to watch the movie, there was probably 10 people inside including me and my family.

Had 6 people and all our seats where everywhere not together. Bathrooms gross. No paper. Soap. Smelled like a port a potty. Never will go again. Good thing I dont live here.

The theater, seat, sound etc., would get five stars. The two young men working yesterday that had to have been some level of management that spent their time talking and laughing while leaning against the counter, first at the candy counter then over at the bar need to do some work.There was one gentleman working at the candy counter. Taking care of customers, making popcorn, pushing beeping buttons, doing everything while those 2 stood there chatting and laughing. Regardless of your role, jump in and help a team member.When we asked them for assistance from the chatty guys, they looked annoyed and were a bit smart alecky.Life is hard and its short. We all go to work. Sometimes we get to go to the movies. The least we can do is be kind. To customers, and to our co-workers.

I love the recliners and the quick service at the concession stand. This is my theater of choice. The only complaint is they run out of soap in the ladies room often. It seems everytime I go, I have to find another restroom to wash my hands. Other than that, I enjoy coming here for my movie watching experience.

Love that they have a bar you can order drinks from. They have the big comfy chairs in the theatres but somehow they are still uncomfortable. They are a bit hard and I can never quite get comfortable in them.

My first time visiting this brand of theaters. I was only in town for the day so perfect thing to do on a raining day. They have a seating chart you choose your seats which is cool, the only thing is I couldnt see the actual seat numbers. My loss of a star comes from the food not being as hot as I would liked it to be but I like the self serve drink machines. The seats were comfortable..my son loved being able to lay all the way back. On another note, why did I cry watching Toy Story 4

Organized and clean theatre in Jacksonville. They have many screens and play international movies as well.

Experience was very good. Except for waiting in line for 30 minutes because of only 1 cashier.

I got the A-list membership which is super convenient and come here at least twice a week. Staff is always nice, concessions service is pretty quick, womens restrooms, and theaters are clean and the staff promptly cleans at the end of the movie especially when its busy.
