One of the good places to hangout, wander and sled in fall. There’s IUP college lodge (a building with a hall and washrooms), lake and tiny hills. It’s a nice place for an evening stroll.

Amazingly beautiful place and location to have parties and host events for IUP colleges and student organizations for free. It can accommodate 120+ people. They have proper, clean restrooms, separate for men and women. They provide a full kitchen with fridges, stove, microwave oven and a sink for cleaning dishes.Community members can also rent the place at a very affordable rate, although they have to buy insurance for their event, which can add to the cost of renting the place.

College Lodge has an excellent frisbee golf course, and it is a fun place to go for an easy hike or dog walk. The trails connect to Whites Woods.

Great disc golf course, nice mix of open and wooded and long vs shorter holes. Technical and varied elevation.

This is a nice & relaxing area as well as get your exercise in. Lots to do if your into walking, mountain bike riding, and/or frisbi golf as they have a big par course and porta-johns are there too. Make sure to bring water & proper shoes as there are hills and trails with various footing. There are also buildings people can rent and host venues there.

As usual, great service, rooms and staff. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent place for University student organizations to hold events. Also, can be rented for private events.

Sledding there is fun, but a pain in the butt to get up the hill, especially as a kid in bulky snow gear.

This is a local treasure. The 5K trail is a beautiful walk/short hike or a challenging run with some long hills. The frisbee golf course is also challenging, but fun. Wear closed toe shoes appropriate for a walk, especially since there are snakes in the woods. Also a beautiful place in the winter!

Quiet place (usually) to walk, play disc golf, ride sleds, etc. Trails connect to adjacent Whites Woods township park. Less muddy and gritty than our neighborhood or other parks for walking our dogs in late winter

Great fun! The disc golf course is the best around.

The course is great. The grumpy old man that has something stuck up his rear end is not on the other hand. He has nothing better to do than harrass people on the course and threaten to kick them out for no reason. As he claims he takes care of the course I have not seen him on it yet besides when he is riding around looking for people to tell at and threaten. Wouldnt try to be civil with this man as he is a complete and utter disgrace for the sport of disc golf.
