This place is very nice! Took my kids out there to stretch there legs after a long car drive and staying in the hotel. Loved to learn about the history there and where you can walk right down to the water. Found many shells as well. Very peaceful and quite.

Nice hidden park. Small walking loop around a wetland. There is a put-in for the water trail as well. There are some interactive enviromental kiosks on the history of the place.

This is such a peaceful little park. Nice walking path, and a great critter viewing area. Very nice picnic shelter, with a large charcoal grill, and very nice restroom facilities.I was a little leary of reviewing the Waterworks, because its kind of a little hidden treasure, that your afraid to let the word get out!

I would recommend if you going to run the creek do it when the Gage height is at 3.25 or higher.
