Very small, quiet, and clean. I use to live in this subdivision years ago and would always come to this park.

This place is very quiet and peaceful! I love my colony, will recommend it to my friend and family.

Fondren Park is the subdivision wrapped around the patch of land highlighted. This patch of land is an empty lot that had been the neighborhood ballfields but fell into disrepair when the Athletic Association dissolved and the land returned to HISD stewardship.Fondren Park Subdivision is an excellent neighborhood with a strong and active community association that doesnt simply enforce deed restrictions; the association also sponsors many activities and festivals throughout the year.
