Had a great 1hr dolphin tour this evening. Saw our first dolphins within 2 minutes of pushing off the dock. Very family friendly and engaging for our toddler who loved the dolphins, birds, fish, and crabs we saw. Clean boat, smooth and enjoyable ride, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We have been doing boat trips with Live Oac for years now. We really enjoy learning more about the Island and getting out on the water.

We booked both the water sports and the sunset cruise. Both times we had a great time. Scott was our Captain for the water sports, he was knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely book again next summer with Scott. Harry took us on a sunset cruise and went out of his way to make sure everyone had a good time.

We rented a boat for 2 hours to do tubing and knee boarding. Travis was our driver and he was a very patient teacher and made this trip so much fun. We all got out on the water and had a blast. It was just our group of 6 on the boat so it was tailored to what we wanted to do. This was a great activity and we will do it again next year.

Captain Cricket and Captain Harry were fantastic. We saw dolphins several times and went tubing, even with our timid kiddos. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. Id use them again and recommend them to everyone!

We are first timers with Oac but we had a blast and will definitely be back. We have 3 teens (15-17) and 3 adults. Captain Scott was knowledgeable, patient and professional. Smiles and videos for infamy all around. Very safe and a sure win for all levels and ages. (We ranged from some able to stand up on ZUP and some taking a slow tow on the tube.)

Cannot day enough GOOD things about this company. Long Story short... Would not go to anyone else in Hilton Head after the day they showed us! Dolphins, kneeboarding, Tubing was so much fun! Kids (and Adults) has a Blast! Captain Cricket really showed is a good time! Our tour guide Cricket was fantastic and we had a great day out on the boat. We saw dolphins, went rafting and tried the zup board. We felt safe and he did a nice job explaining things.

Another great experience. This was our 2nd or 3rd time doing this with this company. Last time was 5 yrs ago. 2 hours for 3 wake boarders and tubing. Lots of smiles. My youngest 15y was able to get up after the 3rd try with some great coaching from Capt Krick, a very nice personable young man. Loved listening to some of his jobs he had done and we got some laughs from his telling us about the Mermaid and dolphin tours.He did say that sometimes weekends can get busy but who knows with this pandemic year. We also enjoyed the taco/smoothie stand outside afterwards. Smoothies could use some sugar but I know theyre trying to keep it healthy for you.

Tucker made the whole trip. We have rented from Live Oac before and enjoyed it. We had 6 adults for three hours go tubing and water skiing. Tucker was very calm and accommodating. He did his best to make the trip wonderful for us all. The boat was not in great shape and frankly for the money you spend that was my only complaint. The boat should have had better maintenance. I hope they will address that issue for future visits. The location is excellent and I would use Live Oac again but will only be requesting Tucker. (not trevor...just a little joke as i called him that for the first ten minutes by accident)

Our family booked a private tour and Captain Harry was fabulous! He was easy going and knowledgeable. The kids loved it . We saw several dolphins including a baby dolphin. We would definitely do it again . I highly recommended this tour for the whole family .

My husband and I did the 2 hour dolphin tour and had the best time! We saw a few dolphins within 10 minutes of starting. Travis was so friendly and knowledgeable. He told us so many cool facts about all the wild life and the history of Hilton Head. Would love to come back and do it again!

Took the grand tour with Scott and it really made our trip! This was the first time we took our 8 month old on a boat and Scott made us very comfortable by allowing us to customize the tour. Super friendly and highly recommend. It was a great time!

Great experience!! We did a 3 hr fishing trip with Travis as our captain and he was fantastic. We had to unexpectedly go back to dock when one of my kids got seasick and he didnt make us feel badly at all. He then spent the rest of the trip working hard to make sure my 8 yr old got to feel in some fish. Highly recommend both Travis and Live OAC.

Captain Blair and Travis took my wife and I out about fifty miles for some of the best fishing weve experienced. The Cobia was even tastier than they described. We will definitely be using them again on our next trip. And the boat is amazing .

We went on a cold and rainy day but our guide, John, made every effort to give us the best trip possible. Tides and weather didnt permit cast net fishing like we had planned but he set us up with some great dolphin viewing and my kids had an absolutely wonderful time. Definitely want to go again on a better weather day. Highly recommend this company!

Scott and Zack were awesome . Second year in a row to do the combo water sports excursion. Both guys were great and made t h e experience so much fun. Highlight of our vacation for sure!

Went VERY off season for a 1 hour Dolphin tour. Captain Travis was EXCELLENT! He was very accommodating, very insightful and friendly. He found a pod of dolphins quickly and got us close enough for some amazing pictures. First class all the way... Highly recommend!!!

Our family did the dolphin tour/tubing package. Our captain was great! He was very knowledgeable about the area. We did not have to go far to find dolphins they were all around us, the kids had a blast tubing around the Island. We could not have asked for a better day or captain. There is a reason theyre highly rated. You cannot go wrong with any trip you plan, theyll help you figure out what option is best for what youre looking for and looking to spend. They assist in helping you create memories. We cannot wait to return.

Most fun we had on the island. Absolutely great with kids. We went shark fishing and tubong/skiing. I highly recommend.

Super easy to book, great value. Captain Rick was amazing, patient and informative. We spent our 2 hours tubing, dolphin seeing, knee boarding and just enjoying the fresh air. Will be back.

Capt. John gave us the superb Grand Tour of the Islands on a beautiful Friday morning in late May 2017. Knowledgeable, entertaining, and friendly, he put us at ease right away, and answered all our questions. We loved the power boat, speeding along on open water, sitting up front and listening to Capt John explain the islands, waterways, and wildlife. We saw manta rays leap up from the water, innumerable birds (all named for us), and learned all about spartina grass and oysters. Capt John obviously enjoys what he does, and loves the island and low country. Our stop at Palmetto Bluffs gave us a leg stretch while visiting a small museum that explained the history of the area and put a lot into perspective. Its a beautiful area, and unusual to be so far above the water. In finding the dock, we crossed over the Sea Monkeys lot - just asked them and one guy offered to take me over to Live Oac - their jet skis were blocking the path at the time. There seem to be a few businesses in a small area. You also pass an RV resort, so its a little crowded. Allow an extra 15 minutes to walk to the dock so you can leave on time and not miss any of the scheduled tour. Its great!

Our trip with Live Oac tours was superb! Our guide was fun and knew all about the local wildlife and area. On our 2 hour boat trip we had snacks and drinks provided, and we got to see a lot of wildlife. We also got to see a crab trap up close (with crabs!) and fished with a net. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Ive been going to HHI yearly for over 20 years. This is one of the best companies that I have used. Each tour is very personal and the kids have a blast tubing and enjoying the wild life!!

Awesome trip with Captain Travis today. Two adults and two pre-teen kids (boy and girl) had a blast on our 3 hour trip. Everyone caught something, all of us learned some really cool science from Travis, and we had a great time during the times we were waiting for the fish to bite.Plus, we reeled in an approximately 6ft long lemon shark... something everyone thought was awesome!Easily recommended, and will come back in future years.

Best experience ever saw so many dolphins and while life. Tony was the best instructor and help us a lot with the water sports. It was a blast. Highlight of my vacation.

If you want to charter some catch and release fishing on Hilton Head Island, you should definately use these folks. They were friendly, helpful, and fun. Travis and Johnny were funny and enjoyable to be around, and since we went on a slow day we got in a little extra fishing than the 4 hours we paid for. Altogether it was a great time, and probably the best activity of our vacation. 10/10 will definately work with Live OAC again if we ever vacation in the area again.
