I stayed in room 2-C in building A and the only redeemable factor was how close it is to the beach. All of the beds, furniture, chairs etc were completely for show and were the most uncomfortable objects you could try to relax on. This room was literally just that, a room, and for that purpose it was half worth it. I would much rather stay farther away from the beach and be able to sleep at night. Im sure this is just vindictive of the room I stayed in as it was an airbnb, but I have no other way of reviewing it. The Sands Village at Forest Beach should talk to old buddy who owns it so people dont view it as a terrible place to stay.

Great placeCondo very clean Was missing beach chairs. Iron n hair dryer mainly because people coming from out of state flying in dont carry those things. Great pool also very well kept. Enjoyed seeing the gator

Nice condos. Right across the street from Coligny Plaza which has Piggly Wiggly, ice cream, eateries & is a short walk to the beach.

Decent but can only park one car there now. Furniture hasnt been replaced in 30 years and is worn out. I know, been coming here that long.

All but 6 of the condos here are privately owned. Some have been remodeled and some are more original. Ask the owner what is included. Rental prices vary accordingly. The timeshare units that are rented are old and worn for the most part. Good value, great location

We just bought and remodeled a villa here. We love Sands Village due to its proximity to the beach. A TRUE 5 minute walk. Across the street from Coligny Plaza. Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of North Forest Beach. Its a small quiet complex. Well taken care of. Each unit is individually owned. Some updated, some not..... like any other complex. We think its a hidden gem.

Best condo Ive been to in 15 years. the pond is amazing and I would recommend this great condo to anyone on earth who like relaxation. so close to the nice, big private beach that i could spend my life on. the shops are so nice and cute. the turtles and alligators in the small pond are so cool. dont worry, the alligators are small. you can use the clean charcoal BBQ for a cheap price of free 99. the rooms are nice for a small family or couple. there clean rooms are nice and tropical, and there is always hot water. great place. 100 stars. the only problem is the drive form Maryland.

Mostly condos are vacation rentals, but quiet, clean pool and 7 min. walk to the beach.

Fantastic location regarding the beach, shopping, and restaurants! The pool was great. My family and I enjoyed all of the wildlife in the lagoon on the property.

Its a nice place to stay. It was clean and served its purpose. However, the apartment was not updated and while spending a week there no one came to clean even once.

Great location only a few blocks from the beach, shopping centers and great restaurants. The resort was relaxing and clean, I would stay here again.

Loved the location, only bad thing is our room was not very clean. Walking distance to all shops and beach. Pool was a little small but overall great place to stay.
