Absolutely beautiful. The grounds are very nice. Our villa was 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with 2 whirlpool tubs. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. 3 flat screen tvs and bluetooth stereo. Driving at night is a bit of a challenge due to lack of lighting, especially in the rain . Hats off to the guards who always had a smile, even visible under their masks. Lol.

My family and I have been coming to HHI for 7 years now and love our stay here. We have had a couple of hiccups over the course of the past 2 years, but so far, they have all been reasonably resolved. Looking forward to 2020 being another good year here and would recommend this quaint & bicycle-friendly community to any family looking for a great vacation spot!

I just need to say this....this place is awesome...everyone is nice and the townhouse was very very clean.....Coral Reef and Hilton Head is our new fun place... Keep up the good work

While the units themselves are a bit dated (like the majority of properties on HHI) and the pool leaves much to be desired, the service was very good, the unit was spacious, and the location was beyond compare.

Have been coming to the island for over 35 years and overall very happy and had a great stay for the 2nd year in a row in Coral Reef. Unit was clean and seems like it was recently painted. Carpet could use cleaning as was well as storage closet for bikes. Storage closet has debris on the floor which can and will attract critters. Dishwasher is showing its age with rusting racks and door spring is no longer there or working when you open the door, it just falls down. Absolutely love being on the Island and in Shipyard. These units are just the right size and are laid out nicely. Will be back again and again. Missing the Island already.

Absolutely beautiful resort inside and out! Perfect bike trails and scenery! Perfect vacation place for golfers or for someone like me that loves looking over the golf course watching people play golf. 100% fully recommend Coral Reef

Lots of space in this unit - we had 4 people and all were comfortable - pools were lovely. Especially liked the lazy river pool, but we had to drive there as this unit was across the street in a more secluded area away from the clubhouse. Did not like the long time we were directed to spend with concierge at check in - basically trying to get us to go to the time share presentation.

On the beautiful island of Hilton Head which is so scenic, clean and has a diversity of wonderful resteraunts!! My cottage was beautifully decorated, great pools and hot tubs and every amenity you could want!! We had a terrific and enjoyable stay!!

Nice condo. We had raccoons in our attic and could not sleep the first night. They moved us down a couple of units the next morning when we called. We were really pleased with the rest of our stay. Great surroundings with a lot of natural wildlife. There is a golf course on the property and we were not far from the beach. Great family vacation!

We liked the condo at Coral Reef Resort, quiet, clean community. The bicycle are free to use while there. The only thing that we where disappointed with was the fact that the amenities at Coral Sands resort are not included if you stay at Coral Reef even though they are the same business entity. Other than that, we where satisfied with the condo.

Loved the spacious units. Was great for my wife and two daughters. Also, liked having washer and dryer in the unit.

Set up is good, just wasnt as clean as it should be. Mattresses were so so, then we got upgraded to coral sands. Was much better

Significantly underwhelming.The rooms are NOT bad, dirty, or poor by any means. However, we have stayed in nice places that deserve 5 stars, and this is fat from one of them. We were told heated pools, but either there are NOT heated pools or the heat was not turned on. We could only access the lazy river and main pool after attending a sales pitch, and we had limited number of visits (not that we wanted to as it was cold). There discounts and perks after attending the pitch were quite nice.While there is not direct access to the beach from the cottages, there is parking and easy access to a non-crowded, private beach only a couple minutes drive away. Overall, the location is decently located, but could have more pedestrian and bike access points for ease. From the cottages, you have to circle out through some of the roads to get out of the development.Our A/C was not working come later in the week (for several odd reasons), and my windows did not have screens. I was unable to sleep with at least the windows open or get eaten by bugs. Maintenance was not available come the evening when we realized this issue. We had to do some improvising ourselves to clear the drain pan so we could sleep comfortably.Not an unnice place and we had a nice vacation overall, but there have been far too many issues to consider returning.

Lumpy Mattress in the master really needs to be replaced. So does the furniture in the living room. People were in the pool until after midnight and kept our friends up. Sitting in the back corner of the pool there is a strong smell dog waste. We have been an owner for 12 years and have never been disappointed until this week.

The unit we shared with owner friends was very spacious and comfortable. For the most part, it was clean and well-stocked. The surrounding area were woodsy and beautiful.

I am a self-proclaimed hotel snob and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Cleanliness is always an important factor and this place was spotless! Traveling with young children can be stressful, but staying here provided all of the comforts of home with the beach just down the street. They offer a bike service upon request and you can use the bikes to go everywhere. Bike paths will lead you from the condo to almost anywhere you want to go and safely! Highly recommend!!

Loved that we were able to rent it for only a few days, there was no weekly minimum. It was very clean and updated. We loved that it was so close to Coligny and the beach access was an easy bike ride away. The pool area was very nice, wish it wouldve been a little bigger, but the kids didnt seem to mind. It was nice that 2 bikes came with the rental. Overall, it was the nicest place we have stayed in HHI and we will definitely be back soon!

Convenient, Clean, Air down stairs no working properly but. fixed it that day!!!

Coral Reef was ideally situated. Convenient to everything (restaurants, shopping, etc.) and a short bike ride to beach. The bike rentals were great. Called the company upon arrival and bikes were waiting for us at check in. Biking the island is not to be missed and was definitely a highlight. The grounds at Shipyard are lush and beautifully landscaped. Overall, Lots of room for my husband and I and 3 teenage boys to spread out. Full kitchen, furnished patio, washer/dryer, and many other comforts of home. Unit 122 was immaculate. The pool was on the small side but we never made it there since we primarily hung out at beach. Loved the fact that there was no minimum stay required nor was there a deposit when I booked on Expedia. No complaints at all for our 2 night stay and would definitely stay at Coral Reef again for next HHI trip. Avoided sales presentation so no comments there.

Nice place. Just with the Coral Reef visitors have access to Coral Sands pool as well. I mean they are the same company it should be open access just like the business office and the gym. We used those - why not the POOL??
