I am a vacation club member and this place is the seventh club that I have visited this year. Unfortunately I arrived very late at night for my two night stay. Check in was quick, simple and painless. The registration clerk was pleasant and helpful. There was no difficulty finding the free parking in the covered garage. Our group of six had no problem locating the two two-bedroom units that we had reserved. Unfortunately for some reason, one was on the first floor and one was on the fifth floor and the reservation had been made more than a month before arrival.The two suites were clean and orderly with full kitchen including stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, a blender, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary dishes, glasses and utensils. One bedroom had a king-sized bed, jacuzzi tub, double sinks and shower. Of course there was a large flat panel television. The second bedroom was basically the same except two queen beds. Both units were the same. Both had water views. Harbour Club is in the Sea Pines area of Hilton Head island.There are restaurants, ice cream and a small general store within a five minute walk. There are two supermarkets, gas stations, an urgent care, pharmacy and other shopping within a 15 minute drive.Overall it was a good experience. I would consider going back but I have would like to try some of the other Marriott Vacation Club resorts on Hilton Head that are on the beach.

Great place to be for a long weekend, right next to the shops and light house at Harbour Town. Can catch the trolley to the beach or to other shops and areas of Sea Pines. The staff is wonderful even during COVID times. Its very comfortable and safe here.

Having a wonderfully relaxed time! The resort is located in a lush oak lavished harbor neighborhood with clusters of quaint villas. The staff is very friendly and the accommodations are very nice and comfortable. Beautiful getaway!

Great place for vacations, so much to do! Kids love the water park and pool. Rooms are well kept and full kitchens to cook all your meals. No need to leave the resort!

This place was hands down one of the best resorts Ive ever been to! If you get a chance to go run dont walk to this marvelous place!

Our room is nice but theres no view from the patio, the pool is tiny, and theres no amenities here at all. Its a 2 mile drive and a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. Lots better choices elsewhere on Hiltonhead.

The Marriott Harbour Club on Hilton Head is absolutely fantastic. The service is great - the Staff is friendly and goes above & beyond. The 2 Bedroom Villas went beyond our expectations - they are spacious & have everything you need for a great stay. Each bedroom has its own Jacuzzi tub which is a nice benefit. Each bathroom is also very spacious and nice. And lastly the location is very convenient and just a short walk to shopping, dining & the Lighthouse. We cant say enough about Marriott Harbour Club and we cant wait to come back.

Very quiet compared to the other Marriott Hilton Head properties. Seems to cater to an older crowd, our kids were hushed while playing in the pool. Nice location in walking distance to Harbor Town, staff was nice and responsive.

My family has a Marriott timeshare and weve been fortunate to have many great family vacations. This year, we stayed at Marriotts Harbour Town in Hilton Head...our first visit to Hilton Head. For our entire stay there was major construction from 9 to 6 all 7 days (sand blasting, power washing, painting, scaffolding and many workers in your window). There were many hazards including razor blades left by workers, cords every where, wet and messy kept walk ways. Even leaving access to the few amenities available only by stairs. You couldnt use to one elevator because it was always full of construction crew/equipment. All of this was known by the General Manager and Customer Service with no action. The resort agreed it was bad, loud and not a vacation they would want for their family and they were sorry…the work had to be done. This construction is a result of Hurricane Matthew that hit ground October 2016. Work was delayed because the resort was waiting for insurance money. This is not my family’s problem. The work has and needs to be done absolutely...but not at my family’s expense. The pool wasn’t open; we had to go to another facility just to use the pool. They should have done what was fair and ethical for their customers and close the facility or give guest fair consideration. We were advised 2 weeks ahead of our trip that there would be some minor inconvenience. It was difficult for young and old to relax with all of the noise; it was too loud for the kids to nap. This construction may still be going on so I would call before you make the trip.

Good family place!!!!! A little bit older charm but still amazing. The views are incredible!!!!!!

The property is aging, but is still acceptable. The biggest thing for us is that we should have done more research before booking a hotel in Sea Pines. The best way I can describe the property is that it seems to be where old UVA sorority girls go to vacation once theyre 45 or older. If you dont know what I mean, its for the country club crowd. Were 1%ers, so were well-educated and experienced in the world, but prefer a community a little more more relaxed...and perhaps a little less white.

Smaller sized resort with few activities but very quaint and nice none the less. Weve spent most of our time doing things we brought with us. I suppose it would also be nice if you mainly wanted to spend your time out shopping or wandering around the area on a bike. Doesnt seem like there is much else to do in the area though.

Decent location. Outstanding staff! Resort seems to be designed and intended for 60 and over crowd.

A very nice, spacious facility. Tastefully furnished and comfortable. Easy, fast check in, pleasant staff. Several good places to eat nearby. And miles of walking paths to enjoy.

I had a condo for four days. This place looked better than the photos. It is very spacious. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It was near the beaches and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful unit in the midst of Harbour town and a short distance from the beach. Could improve WiFi reception and a real trash disposal.

Had family visiting from out of state and wanted to spend the weekend on the coast. I was looking for a hotel that offered separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyones comfort. This place was perfect, huge bedrooms, each with a Jacuzzi tub. Large shared dining and living area with full kitchen and nice balcony. Low rates for winter months, would definitely go back.

Lovely small resort with simple access to all of Harbor Town and a breathtaking view of the sound. Beautiful architectural design, and helpful staff. Elevator is a little slow, but I cant complain.

Hotel was very clean and very spacious! We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful property on Hilton Head with the quality we have come to expect from Marriott. The room was larger than expected and having laundry facilities in the unit was a great plus for swimwear and beach towels. Had a room at the very end of the hall on the 3rd floor. The staff were very attentive. Staff is great.

Wonderful, peaceful family get away. Friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Activities of all sorts are available. We look forward to returning!

Smaller Marriott complex but units are very nice and very clean. They could remove the two spa tubs, one in each bedroom and update the bathrooms. Very convenient to Harbor Town shopping and restaurants. Would consider choosing this location for our next trip.

The property is beautiful and has some cool amenities, like the fresh herb garden so you can add some flavor to any meals you might cook during your stay. The staff here is especially good. The sacavanger hunt on the bikes was a great and we got a great prize for completing the hunt. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed here from Sat-Tues and it was a nice stay. Place was tidy. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming and were incredibly helpful with tips about the property/island. The next day we talked with a more knowledgeable person and got all the info, maps, and brochures we needed.

Great customer service, a tad out-dated, caters more to the 55+ crowd

Pleased that on-line advise turned out good here. The location is especially convenient if youre golfing the Sea Pines course(s) or playing tennis. The Harbourtown shopping and restaurants were at a convenient proximity. The is a small store that has milk, bread, eggs, etc. The showers are spacious.

Security: no staff onsite during the evening/night. The property itself has very few amenities. We got a special rate, otherwise might have been a bit pricey. Its within walking distance to the lighthouse and all the activity that goes on around the harbor. Highly recommend this property for couples visiting Hilton Head.

Our room was great. It was very spacious and well done. It felt like home. We had a great view of the water. We enjoyed our stay.

We have been visiting Hilton Head and staying at the various Marriott time share resorts. The view from our apartment was unique and it was just nice to sit on the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great for couples looking for a smaller hotel and a quiet location.

The location is very good in Harbor Town. Great size room. The rooms are clean and in earthtones that match the surrounding environment. Id especially like to thank the staff (Cailtin in particular) for their courtesy and politeness. Would probably stay on the beach if I go back to HIlton head.

Perfect location on Hilton Head Island in Sea Pines. Marriott continues to maintain excellent beautiful properties and the management and staff are exceptional!

The harbour club has always been a great experience. The rooms are nice and clean. The bugs are out this year and they came and sprayed our room for us. Service is always great and we will continue to come back.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at the Marriott Harbour Club resort. Ideal for a bit of relaxation after a few very busy days The location is unique, because you can walk around Harbour Town. The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances and is typical for a Marriott.

This place is horrendous. I wouldn’t even sit on the furniture. Certainly NOT a Marriott standard. Do not stay here.

Its still a Marriott, but it feels old and outdated. Not the best for families with young ones. No indoor pool and not a lot of kid-related activities. Luckily its walking distance from restaurants, shops, a nice playground, and other activities. No traditional tubs for bathing young ones, just whirlpool spa tubs.

Just cut through to go to the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. Bar was very nice but a little over priced. Overall great experience.

We stayed at the resort across from this area. We wondered around a bit. Restaurants arent that great, but they are close by if you cant drive out of your resort area.

Just a short one night stay with friends. Condo was spacious and well-appointed. Will consider this location if we return for a longer stay.

Relaxing stay. The condo was nice and confortable. The staff was nice.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. It is located right across from Harbour Town and is a quick 10 minute drive ti the beach.

Loved the facility with one large but, ... Our villa was on the 5th floor and elevator was out of service for maintenance. We were not informed of this in advance and was a major issue for us as we both have surgically repaired knees. In spite of this major issue we look forward to returning and expect a great result.

The high speed internet isnt quite high speed, Im averaging like 3-5 megabits per second, and when legally 25 megabits per second is the definition of high speed internet, thats just false advertising. The pool is small but the view is nice. The amenities are nice and rooms are nice as well. Overall its a nice place with nice views and the location is prime unless youre looking to be right on the beach. The main complaint I have is the internet speed, but at the beach thats a minor issue.

The room was great everything was above what I expected the only complaint was the water pressure .It was so low you could barely wash the shampoo out of your hair, they really need to fix that

WE were there in June no pool no grills if we wanted to go swimming we had to leave to property .The building was a total mess they were under construction with no regard to our vacation .I got sprayed with water twice that had sand in it .called Marriott they seamed to not care .we have been coming here for 28 years never again anyone want to buy two weeks summer will go elsewhere next year
