A new experience for me for manufactured home living and find it is perfect for this stage of my life. Very well maintained, people couldnt be friendlier and more helpful, and so many activities you may join. We could not have found a more fantastic Office Manager than Crystal Kellum who has to handle more than she should have to, but does it so well.

Several trailers and manufactured homes which was well kept. The speed limit was less than about 20 mph wih most ovserving same. Individuals were polite and friendly.

We have recently moved into Eastlake and I have to say so far the people are super friendly and Crystal in the office is so sweet and helpful.
