Great place to live at.looks quite.but dont really know how it gets at night.

Staff are very friendly. Houses are great. Maintenance guys are on top of everything. The only issue iv had was kids cutting through yards and stealing my kids toys but that has slowed way down if not stopped since I put up cameras . All n all its a great place to live. Hopefully soon they get the playground finished. New houses are going in and getting set up. Contact office for inquiries

Bought new mobile homes but cant fix the ones they have now need more trash dumpsters always overfilled etc etc etc

Y’all need more ac maintenance workers it’s been a month since I moved in and I’ve told you about the ac since we moved in and it’s still 90 degrees during the day. I’ve talk to the front desk Multiple times. Called sent emails took picture and videos of the ac running and it still saying 90 degrees. I wouldn’t care if it was just me but I have 3 kids a 6 year old a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They shouldnt have to be living in these conditions. You forced me to buy window units so now my electricity bill is gonna go up. Please help. I’m literally begging you. Do your job.And yes I know your sorry I don’t wanna hear that. I want my ac fixed. I know you have Alot of lots to tend to so that’s why I started off by saying you need more than just one ac maintenance guy.Other then that y’all have good staff and nice friendly environment hope to hear from someone soon.

Why everything happends on the weekend and not able to reach no one....my bill for water aont due to the first and they shut it off..any one got the number where they will answer so far no luck...but it a real good place but they need a manager who will run this place correct

Privacy fences in need of repair. Most trailers need skirts repaired or replaced so it makes the look of the park mediocre.Most times dumpsters are overflowing with trash. And when it rains streets flood, especially Wilson Road.

Ive put in a work order for outlets and yet they havent fixed them yet.while back had problems with the cable and the cable guy told us the wiring was all wrong when it rains it was leaking in and they came out and put a tarp on the roof we also looked at the trailer to rent to own but out of price range roads get flooded trapped here cant get in and out of our street something needs to be done about that

Police come by frequently because there is always something going on, tennants are always leaving trash at each others houses, there was a shooting not too long ago. Kids always running around day and night. Honestly the biggest problem is some ofnthe people who live their.

This park always looks very clean! Keep up the great work! Lately, Ive been seeing residents piling junk up against their homes, torn screens & flat unused vehicles in the drive-ways. A total eye soar!

Im going to give you a few glimpses before moving in here, be prepared for dealing with backed up sewage and old barley getting cold and neglected trailers the roofs always leaks make sure you spot the areas where it does, rats this trailer park is infested with rats roaches and possums, also you got to watch out with certain people here Ive seen alot of little drug dealers with crack heads roaming the area here one min you erea is quite and the next is completely full of people that are up to no good, watch out with your stuffs out side for some reason the maintenance worker have glue fingers they will take your belongings and for some reason will also damage your stuff while they are cutting the grass, you cant complaint they will remind you that it your responsiblity and any work order be prepared to wait over a month youve be in a waiting list game they dont have nobody with experience to fix anything around your trailers they just hire guys that act like there doing something and drink alcohol Ive seen this, water you will be paying @ 95 $ and hopefully when you live here you will realize every trailer has a window ac unit for that reason it doesnt cool nor work properly on every trailers, be prepare for floods if you have a nice car or lexurys car just make sure your ins cover floods all the streets here get flooded like really bad I dont know how many cars where under water here everybody here where into crisis I stayed 2 days stranded until I finally find a way out and I couldnt believe what I saw that is was only in that erea the whole town was completely dry I actually started to feel embarrassed leaving here, during the time of the flood the owner didnt come around after a week later and didnt even ask or gave us any source of help he looked like he was just worried about hes behind make me wonder why he is only here just to collect rent and forgets

Checked out a place to possibly move to.Trailers have bad insulation, so it makes for very high electric bills in the summer.

The mobile homes are old, restroom walls are yellow when they used to be white. If you live in the back you have take the trash all the way to the front, not a place i would like to live.

My poor sister had the worst experience living here. She only lasted a month before she couldnt take it anymore. Not only is the area filled with super ghetto people that harassed her, but she struggled to get her heater and air conditioner fixed when it was super cold or hot outside. That really sucks when you have small kids. Also they didnt give her appliances at first, and when they finally gave here a fridge, the freezer immediately went out, so she had to clean up all the blood from the raw meat that had defrosted. It was disgusting. She also didnt have hot water for a couple weeks so her and her kids would have to drive half an hour to my house to shower. I dont enjoy speaking badly about anyones business, but the truth is the truth and if I can save anyone a horrible living experience, thats exactly what Ill do.

The mobile homes are old and They put around the A lot of round up alway if you have allergies. Dont rent there

It was a little on the road hard and worn out side. I thought I was in a FEMA park. Was visiting a friend.

Looks decent only bad thing was the trash area, but I saw the city dumpster throw trash all over the place and didnt bother to pick it up.

Poor and broken down

Park is not run well. Trailers are not properly kept. The grounds people dont do their job. The dumpster area there is disgusting. Trash all over the floor. Sofas, refrigerators, old furniture piled up outside big eye sore. Nothing gets fixed properly. Its just run horrible for the price of rent paid there. Definitely wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Dont move there! Lots of low lifes lots of thieving kids! Lots of drug dealers! They need to check people better before just letting them pay and move in. Left before my lease was up. Plus I was getting a royal screw job every month on my water bill. Had to keep a loaded gun there thats how I felt safe.

Ever since I moved in here it’s been one problem after another. The air has broken multiple times and it took DAYS for the men to come and fix it. On top of that my plumbing started backing up into my tubs and overflowing my toilets, leaving fecal water and horrible smells. It’s taken yet again more days to get fixed. I was late once and the owner himself came busting in my house while I was NAKED. This place is horrible!!

Simple, affotable, clean place where comes with a pool for everyone to use, friendly neighbors a quiet place to raise an family and its location is closed to water mill, a dollar store and a middle school down the road...

I have lived here in southern breeze for 3 yrs. and the first trailer my family and i lived in had gotten broken into when my ex husband and our son was home. they tried to stabbed my ex s he was holding my a month and a half old when this happened. we moved out after that year was up had to come back again due to not being able to find a cheaper place. now in our new trailer t got broken into with my ex husband and my 4 yr old daughter in the house. the men that broke in had trashed the master bedroom and attacked my ex husband while my daughter was watching t.v in the living room she went to get her dad and saw him being attacked. living here is like living in hell all the time. plus quite a few drug busts have happened during our stay and it is definitely not a good place to raise children. plus we keep reporting mold in the bathrooms and leaks and they take forever just to fix it than they say they fix it and it still has the same problems. so if anyone wants to move in here i really advise u not too unless u want people to break in your trailer take your things or break into your cars. the owner doesnt keep the trailers well maintained like he should. so please somebody anybody do something to get people to come and be happy and not have to worry about things. if the owner wants people to come and live here than things have got to change completely... thank you

This place is hell on earth that rents to illegal immigrants and people who cant afford a decent place to live. My parents moved to this place a couple years back on the assumption it was a new start after going bankrupt and losing their house. The trailer they lived in was deemed a rent-to-own (falsely) and were lead to believe they would eventually own the land and trailer once they paid it off. Additionally, they were charged taxes on the property and when I called to ask about it they plead they knew nothing about it. This is a trailer home rental only park and in the end my parents were being robbed. DO NOT live here unless you like living in sub-human conditions and getting robbed/broken into (read previous comments-my parents were eventually robbed out of all their belongings). Filing a complaint with the Attorney General.

Honestly, seriously the worse place in the world to live. I thought it would be ok to try out a trailer home and also they seemed to have decent renting prices. Until, you actually look at one of their mobile homes. They are VERY cheaply repaired, old and the quality of their standards are at a utter zero! They are all about money and not about improving anything but at the cheapest price to them possible. We lived here for a total of 6 months. My family and I could no longer handle living in these conditions. I will say the office people are very kind, not sure if that is to make you try to forget about the conditions of the whole place or what. All of their pictures that are shown on the website must have been taken years ago or from somewhere else. None of these homes look NOTHING like the pictures. To me it is serious false advertisement. Please check this place out 100% before renting. Conditions are the worse ive ever seen, and like i said they fix these trailers up in the most cheapest way ever and they regulate your water bill. PLEASE RENT WITH CAUTION!

Terrible place to live, cops raid a new trailer at least once every other week. Break-ins and my brother had a gun pulled on him by some kid for no reason. Not a safe place for anyone especially families.

My uncles rent mobile home is missing a master restroom door for a very long time and they will not install one. They have advice them but will not care. They took a while to replace a non working refrigerator as well.

Southern breeze mobile home is not a good place to live. Ive lived here for three years n my brothers truck has been broken into twice n they have had houses being destroyed. They had an accident awhile back where the bus would pick up my kids. This is overall not a safe place for me n my family to live.

Horrible one thing take care of your cars twice they broken into mine and thats just was because I was visiting my mom first time was during the night second was during the morningAnd they stole from my mom house she is already looking into moving these is not a place you want to go visit some or call home they dont care what time of the day it is or if you live there to steel from you heads upI never left reviews my first time now I know why people take there time to post one
