Palm Gardens is the friendliest place we have ever stayed. So many activities and such friendly people. Very nice mix of full time residents and Winter Texans. I didnt realize retirement could be so active and fun. We have spent 7winter seasons here and plan to make this our Winter home.

We have spent the last 3 years here. The people here are incredible. Everyone enjoys getting together and having fun. They are a incredible little community.

First off the people are amazing and so friendly. Older park so roads are very narrow and it took three people to help us park our 40ft 5th wheel. For cable and internet you have to go to the Spectrum store to set up account and pick up and then return the cable and internet boxes. We waited over 45 min and then couldn’t get it working in the end. Also you have to pay for hydro even on short term 2 nights rental which you are not told on check in and it’s not mentioned on passport America site either. Right next to highway and train tracks so if you are a light sleeper you might want to go elsewhere.

Great site, what makes in amazing in Rick & Mary!The lots are level, they provide you with a wood deck that they place were you want, Its very clean and the ppl i cannt say enough about how great they are. we have already reserved our next trip stay with them.

Community looks great & area is very well kept. Great place for older folks to live. Plus my gramma lives there and her & her friends it as well.

Jacuzzi and pool are nice. Staying for only a few days but its very clean and well maintained. Very active community and filter coffee in the rec hall is available from 4am! Recommend!

My Grandparents stay here every Winter and love it. The drive from Buffalo is a little long but it is worth it.

This is a very nice park, but its on the expressway. Nice place to enjoy a winter without cold weather.

Not sure what park the previous reviewer stayed at, but we had completely the opposite experience. Our site was large and level with good quality power, water and sewer connections. The beautiful walk-in pool, hot tub and restrooms were very clean and comfortable and theres a big new dog park. We felt right at home here. Ruth, the new manager, was really welcoming, and introduced us to some of the other residents, who we became fast friends with. We joined in the regularly scheduled events, including dancing, bingo and potluck dinners. This is the way to snowbird - with a group of really nice people who know how to help newcomers fit right in. We will return.

2nd time here and we loved it. Will come back to this place. Loved it and the people there.

Very nice park. The pool and hot tub were great. The spaces were very tight to get into, but the on site personnel helped with access.

Great Park, worst management imaginable. Ruth and Sonny are the current managers and likely the reason so many people are not coming back to Palm Gardens. After a decade of enjoying our winters there, we just couldnt stand the new management style. They are constantly nitpicking every little thing with residents and seem to enjoy targeting certain people more than others. If they spend half as much time improving their attitudes with people as they do gossiping and fighting (yes physically pushing more than one resident), they would be much better off. Its a beautiful site, one of the best in the area, if the owner knew about this I suspect he would be making some changes, unless he likes losing money and risking law suits.

Palm Gardens has been home for my mother, our cherished friends, and now for my husband and I. The park and its people are the best!!

Went to their Halloween dance Saturday night. Small crowd of people came. We noticed the park models people live in there were Very close together. Older park.

Clean and friendly neighborhood but the 65+ older rule is a little ridiculous. They lose a lot of money catering to winter Texans that are only 65+. They lady who works in the office is rude and isnt upfront or proper about her job.

Over 55 r.v. and Mobil home park very GOOD park to winter.

This is proudly listed as the oldest rv resort in the valley. This is NOT their best feature, believe me. It refers to the average age of the residents, probably close to 90! It was advertised with 2 swimming pools and spacious lots, but 1 pool was in disrepair and no water in it. We were parked on a narrow alley called mud alley by the permanent residents and our awning was over the street when opened up. The park smelled like sewage when at peak residency and the event hall lights went out due to overload at almost all the events.We only stayed there 1 winter before we found the park we have been in for many years now. Our new park is spacious, well run and the other guests are younger, like us!
