Cops come often to other residences. Grounds are nice. Otherwise pretty quiet.

Great place to live!

This Place is a little piece of heaven with great people and very nice clean place. Carefree Valley is exactly what the name says Carefree. Relax and Enjoy.

Seems like nice place, well maintained with nice homes. Only there for job, tenants were not home. Lady & kids across were nice & friendly. Seems like quiet place.

First, the park residents are very nice! BUT, the site given to us was beyond terrible! Our 5th wheel kept sinking, the site would turn into a lake after a rain. We found out after departing that they excavated the site and the adjoining site due to a leak. We were told by the residents of the park they had warned the management not to lease out that site. After complaining numerous times about the issue we left! The management would not reimburse our remaining 3 months. The park is way past its prime and noisy. If you are a train enthusiast and love traffic noise, this is the place for you!

I live here in this trailer park for about 3 months. I bought my trailer here with my family. which was promised a free rent for everything referral I referred 2 of mi friends. Which never told when I was going to have it. Till now i have it not yet. The office is always close. There is a few new trailer tenents that I have talked and says there are in organized and is very rude when spoke to. Include my friends and myself. They only listen to the older people and dont to the new familys here. The older has meeting they should make it for the rest of the the adults for they could know both versions. Well general I disappointed of the trailer park. It looks so pretty from outside but once your in your trapped with it rude office manager.

Friendly service, nice and clean

Although a clean park and permanent s are friendly, we have been here for a week and still have not met the manager nor had any intro, or key box assignment. Additionally, this park advertise s 55+ retirement community. Several FEMA mobile homes with kids running around the park. This park is, going down hill from the newer non-involed management.

Some not all of the people that live there are very rude.....the kind of peole that even hate in there own race. . .....sooooo sad

Ive been living there for a year-and-a-half we have new owners and they have change from 55 and older to a family park which a lot of people is very disappointed you called the manager or text her she never answers shes never in the office they have very old mailboxes my mail gets wet I work I had to ask somebody if they could get it for me I talk to the manager and she said they dont have plans to change the mailboxes till next year I really dont know what to do because I hate for somebody else to get my mail
