Nice and quiet community close to the airport AND Texas State Technical College and very friendly neighbors!!

Ive lived here for a year and in the beginning it wasnt nice given the fact the previous office manager would never enforce the park rules much less address any concerns. Now theres a new office manager who holds regular office hours and has really turned the park around for the better in a matter of few months. The streets have been fixed, and makeshift mailboxes have been set up in the office until USPS receives enough complaints from the tenants about fixing the broken ones. The next items to get addressed are fixing the street lights, and blacktop the driveways. I appreciate all the enforcement our new office manager is doing to clean up our park and also pet safety. I love to live in a safe, clean, and well kept family trailer park. Its almost starting to look like the 55 year old retirement parks where theres more amenities, until then thank God for the upgrades!!!

I love living here due to the new manager who has been working hard in turning it around. The post office has yet to hear enough complaints from the residents concerning the mailboxes and so the park manager has helped by setting up temporary mailboxes in the office which is now open from 7am till sometimes 7pm. Im greatful that the new park manager inforces the park rules and makes sure that everyone keeps their areas clean.

Mail is more organized and streets were fixed.

Mailboxes are broken for the past 2 years they havent fix them or tried to fix them. And the office is never open during office hours.
