Nice drainage. Went up to the Ford. three miles. Great views. Quite the drive up.

Such an ugly hike. No trees, no water, and lots of mountain lions to fend off. I would not recommend this trail unless you hate yourself

Gate likely closed so you will probably be hiking on the dirt road making it pretty easy. Room for several cars right before the gate. Probably a nice place to snowshoe. Really pleasent scenery. Wear orange here during rifle season.
