Small overloaded parking but worth it when you get up into the mountains. Great views and beautiful scenery. FS is doing great job thinning things out to protect from future fires...MORE!

This trail is a really good moderate workout. There isnt much cover due to the roaring lion fire, so it can be hot in the summer afternoons.

Will be better with some restoration. In the burn zone, but what can you expect from mother nature.

Montana is my home so I am bias, but there are three trailheads at that particular location. All trails are clear. Be wary of falling rock and deadfall.
