I look for places like this when Im traveling. What an awesome spot. Cant wait to go back tonight and see it lit up!!

Fun spot to see art and murals. We were there late in the evening, and there were a couple shady people hanging around, one asking for money and cigarettes, and another encounter that definitely looked like a drug deal from a couple hundred feet away. Fortunately, there were employees and guests of the restaurants out and about too, so we didnt fear for safety, just didnt hang around long!

I never even knew this place existed until the photographer recommended it for my sons senior pics. Its awesome. Tucked away in the older section of downtown Gulfport. Definitely a hidden gem on the gulf coast. You cant help but be awed by all the amazing artwork. Not to mention the smells from all the restaurants that surround the alley. Its definitely a sensory experience not to be missed. I cant wait to go back and see it at night and the glow of the string lights and the hum of the city.

I love the artwork, but on that day it was hot, dirty and smelly. Every alley should look that nice.

Maybe its because it was covid but it really is a very short alley with nothing really much going on during the day.

Great place to hang out when in Gulfport! You can stroll down the alley and check out the cool artwork and bars and restaurants. Check the website to see if there will be live music during your visit. Enjoy the lights at night and take a few pics with friends and family to help capture the time spent with loved ones!

Im a local Photographer and I recently captured some images during the night hours which were Awesome.Fishbone Alley definitely served its purpose with me. Its not a long alley like in the bigger American cities. However, for a moderate night on the town, itll fit into a well-planned schedule for a date.Try it for yourself.Check out my pics...

Not too much happening during the day. You want to visit after dark

This is a lovely display of local art. The wild colors and bright style. It is nice to see how a community can work together to be amazing. Hopefully they will continue to expand the alley so it encompasses all of the city. Teardown the mundane and turn the world into a swirl of art. CONSUME!

Perhaps this is the wrong time of year. There was nothing here except a few painted walls, and not many of them. No access to the restaurants or pubs from the alley, no people. There was a duet playing on the street at the end of the alley. I was here in June on a Friday evening at 6:30 p.m.

The art here is unique and amazing.

Glad we finally got to walk through. We walked the block a few times while waiting on the Christmas parade to start. The art work is beautiful and the smells coming from the restaurants were drool-worthy!

Very nice tourist attraction. Fun and enjoyable. Definitely should check it out.

Maybe I was at the wrong Fishbone Alley. Nothing going on AT ALL. I was hoping to at least see some artwork, Ive done better work on the side of my barn. Dead Quiet here.????? What are you ppl talking about?

Really cool idea! Especially love that the pavers on the ground our actual pavers that were on city streets in the early 1900s. Theres a little bit of art there, maybe Im just not a huge art lover, LOL

Was only here for my daughters small wedding which was beautiful. The food was good, but the staff kept messing up our orders

There is nothing spectacular about this area. Its just an alley that has been decorated with art and a few benches. Although the police patrol the area frequently, homeless people loiter in the alley late at night.

The bbq and blues place makes this a nice place to congregate at night
