A great park and hiking area with multiple trails. The Butterfly grove is easily accessible and has lush flora and trees. A great place to visit if in Goleta or near Santa Barbara and there were a few butterflies in the grove even in the early September heat.

Get confused cuz it is the different name but 2 preserves are in the same spot... but whatever the place called it is such wonderful place...

Simply beautiful. Clifftop walks and beach walks - gorgeous. Plenty of parking.

The area is lovely. I did not see it in butterfly season unfortunately.

I got here late with my son and its beautiful and nice but a lot of trails closed off. I feel like i missed out on a lot but Im going to try coming here earlier and hope its better with more people around

Trails were closed, but man it was beautiful to walk in. Mostly monarch butterflies in the area and a few hawks

Im sure this is a great place, but the trails were closed due to dead and diseased trees. We did see lots of birds and a few butterflies on the short trails around the area.
