This is an okay place to live. The space rent is getting a little expensive but not as bad as a house payment or apartment monthly rate.

This moble home park is in very bad neighborhood. The place is very much run down. The rent on a space is $1,800.00 to high for the neighbor hood.

The manager is really nice and the people are friendly...
