I BenI Ben living in the park for the last 22 years this is safe and nice place to live

Weve lived here for sixteen years and we love our neighbors. Its a very nice small community.

My daughter and husband recently purchased a piece of dilapitated Mobil property and have gutted and turned into a beautiful palace!

People here are way too loud, and occasionally I hear a guy scream a curse word when hes watching a sport. Its fine if you want birds to nest on the outside of your home and cats to wander on your land. Not a lot of friendly people here, really. I wouldnt recommend if you can afford to live in another place.

Too much thievery, drug paraphernalia/addicts, and management seems nice upfront, but when it comes time to get something taken care of/fixed they drag their feet. They also favor to their family members that live here in the park. Cant wait to sale and move. Pool hours also suck, its still hot in September, after Labor day the pool closes at 5pm. We have no A/C units and its still hot at 5pm, we should be able to swim when we want, I am a home owner and pay my part $. I dont think this is fair. Enough ranting for now.

A lot of thievery, racism, kids screaming and playing everywhere. My bike got stolen about 5 months ago, and the renting prices per month are really, really high. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When I first moved in about 12 years ago, there was a lot of friendliness, and good managers. No overpriced rents and haterism. A lot of thiefs and bad people live in this community. A lot of people here arent really well mannered and kind. Very rude people here some times.

Clean . Decent. Looks and feels safe at night.
