Great place, wide open golf course

Its quiet and I have one complaint! Have people keep there yard s up! It makes a different to see that people see how nice it looks When yards are kept up! So of these places are sore eyes. Makes different!

Seems like a good place to live, but there are several homes need maintenance or repair work. I rated three stars for needs improvement to homes.

I agree 100% with the people complaining about this manager.I got home from work and I found out that the stupid manager asked the landscape people to cut my fruit trees. This idiot worries more about a trees than fixing the parking issue here, funny part is that management post notices at the entrance and exit to get parking permits for the holidays but no one cares anymore about those permits since people parked anywhere they want with or without permit since no one is checking permits like before or calling the towing company. Some one already said about the trash and furniture around the dumpsters area but thats not the only problem since there is no security here people from outside walk in here stealing anything they find out in the car ports. Another big problem there is cats everywhere and something this idiot should worried about not fruit trees.There is so many problems here and the management is worthless
