Mmm this place its nice to live no body bater you in anny way ecept for the managetment people they abuse in all aspects inside the park just couse are manager an all family live there an all family its like managers there so if you think to buy here not do that if you not want to live stresed all year long for this abusive people so becarefull to buy here

Every house is neat and that makes the park look inviting.

Parked in a reserved spot for a few minutes to pick up some things for some friends who are in the hospital and some nosy old b*tches told me they were having my car towed. Apologized and told them the situation and they kept threatening me. So livid!!!!!!

Unless youre are family member or good friends, or just someone that kisses the management but watch out they will write you up. Do you have to be in the Monopoly of the family that runs the place are you have a very miserable time here everyone thats leaving a good post must be good friends with management. Nothing I cant stand more than two-faced back-stabbing people

Residents feel properly owners are biased. Not enogh parking. Owners trying a build without permits. I was ready to buy for cash...but a friendly chat showed me how residents are great community who like eachother but management and owners are sneaky or corrupt and are protagonists...who harass owners.

Neighbors are well behaved and management is always on top of things.

This place is a quiet and available with guest parking spots. The homes look small but they are actually very large in size and most have been upgraded.

I lived there for quite a few years and I would definatly recommend it!!!

This park has alot of theft in the park, and unless your part of managements family you need to park outside the property because there is not adequate parking for as many people they have living in the homes.notice all the good reviews are by Hispanics or the parks family.thats who they cater too.
