Residents abuse the guest parking spots and management wont do anything about it, at least like they used to (register cars with park and tow threats). Theres a family with 7 cars! Other than that, its a peaceful and clean place to live.5/14/2020 update. Nothing has changed

I visited a friend there and it is a quiet, clean and well maintained property. You know that the way things are these days it is difficult to experience or view people enjoying their life. Well at this location, it felt like a piece of the 80s or early 90s..meaning a man was riding with his children out side in his well made motorized carriage(it looked like a miniature care from the 50s, while waving and greeting the neighbors as they rode on by. This was beautiful and pleasing to my heart. As now our children dont come outside and play much,so tided up on there media/electronics. I pray for.much success and Blessings for all of you at this location and for all who speak up when praise is needed or when constructive criticism is needed. God Bless each and.eveyone of you.KDH
