It was nice to go on a holiday and it not be too busy. The workers were responsive to questions. If we had known, we could have saved on socks, they allowed us to use the one pair of trampoline socks from another store. We had two other pairs we could have brought. Some equipment showed wear, but the trampolines did not.

Just got home from my son’s 13th birthday party at Adventure Zone. All the kids (and my husband and myself!) had a wonderful time. The party hostess, Alexa did a great job. My only complaint is that the teens who are at the various jumping areas were not very active, and much of the time they were just socializing with one another, not paying much attention to the kids. It would help if the employees helped run the dodge ball court and the sparring court, that makes it more fun for the kids. There was one young lady who did a great job, I wish I got her name. If Adventure Zone works on training their employees and makes sure the employees are doing what they should be doing it would be an even better place.

Great place for kids to exercise many different ways to keep them entertained great for bday parties and gymnastics practice!

Brought the kid over during the weekend and we had a blast jumping all over the place. And the staff are real great and very polite too. Thinking about taking them back again.

Was just here with my kids and it was terrible not enough staff and they had to wait over an hour for them to rock climb not to mention nothing was working and the air hockey barely worked I’m mad I wasted my money! Definitely got robbed with no gun smh

I came today with my program and the staff was absolutely amazing. Their hard work, Patience, and attention to detail was impeccable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a large group of kids and even small group. Very safe, very friendly and would definitely return again!!!!

Disorganized. Staff doest care about their responsibilities they were playing by their own. Place is not that big and they have many games closed. Place is dirty no one cleaning or collecting garbage from tables. We will never come back here.

I brought my grandson here and was pretty disappointed. First you have to buy special sicks( not able to use similar socks purchased at sky zone. The employees responsible for monitoring the jumpers weren’t even watching and not monitoring unsafe behavior. A few young children were hurt and the staff didn’t even check to see if they were OK. All in all pretty lame place. Go to Monster mini Golf it was a lot more fun

I threw a birthday party there. The invitation system was not working well and sent all the invites to junk mails. Three days before the party, I realized that no one got the invitation and I had to use evite to send another round of invites. The owner hired a bunch of highschoolers, who did not get much training in preparing for the party and serving the kids. Would not recommend it.

Some of the staff are very helpful. However, there are some teen staff that needs training.

Ultimate party nightmare happened in the hands of Adventure Zone! My daughter’s party was scheduled for 10 AM on a Sunday. We show up at 9:30 to decorate and the doors are locked. We wait till 10 and still nobody shows up to unlock the doors. Our guest begin to arrive and see us all waiting out side in the parking lot. (Totally embarrassing) My husband and I were calling for an hour and Adventure Zone’s mailbox was full. All the kids are banging on the door and crying to get in. I scrambled and had all of the guests relocate to a nearby park while my husband waited for someone to arrive at Adventure Zone. They didn’t arrive till 10:30 and said they didn’t have the party in their system, even though I had a confirmation email! Later that day I went back to adventure zone to talk to a manager who tried to make it right, but nothing will make up for completely ruining my daughter‘s birthday party. Don’t book parties with them!

They are not a good place to take kids at all. They turned the AC off to make drink sales. It was over 90 degrees inside and some workers asked us to complain to the front desk. They barely turn the fan on, NO AC. Most of kids just left in 30 min or so. We purchased two 90 min but we could barely stay 30 min. Kids were soaking wet (not from jumping, it was way hotter than outside). Do not waste your time and money to go here. Choose somewhere else to spend your valuable time. Games take money and don’t work properly. And even though you have trampoline socks, they force you to purchase theirs.

Took my grandson whod been there before. He had a great time. Seemed to like doing flips and dodge ball the most. I expect hell sleep well tonight as he was a sweaty mess.

I bought 6 jumping passes from Groupon at this place. It was our first time visiting and meeting with friends. Hot weather outside and hot climate inside. AC was scarce. My younger son who was 10 years old came to me after 30 minutes, nearly fainting and exhausted, not because of the jumping or even people around but because the AC was lacking or turned off. It was HOT!! Sweating just by standing there. Remember there were hardly anyone there that day so it could not have been because of body heat.Poor management and facility, it looked older too. They took over a Rock and Jump location. Still had basketball nets from them. And also front desk gave me a hard time about using previously owned socks. You need to buy them brand new! $3 per pair. I was livid.So beware!!! I would not recommend and neither would any of my mom friends because of this heat exhaustion and bad establishment.

Very warm inside. They make you buy their socks. You cannot not use other trampoline park socks. It isnt any different than the other trampoline parks.

This place is OK, the games are good WHEN THEY WORK PROPERLY. Couple of the games kept taking the money and not playing and when the employees tried fixing the machine, finally the tickets came out!!Also... it is HOT AS HELL IN HERE!!They REEEALLY need to turn the AC ALL THE WAY UP!!

This place is not organized by far, however the staffs are friendly. Check-in a little too long as well and could use more help to minimize the waiting time especially if youre attending a party at a scheduled time.

Fun place for the kids to get out lots of energy. I made if four stars because of the folks who have large families. There are not major discounts for folks with large families and around $40 a person can be expensive. Try to go on nights when there are specials and not on the weekends. Also the pizza that they get from papa johns which is right next door you will pay two or three times more for. Eat after you go, look for coupons and discounts, and have a good time. Also there are pre and post teenagers working here so be patient, they are learning how to truly be adults.

Very cool place for the kids. Wish they had no games though. Pay for 60min, 90min, or 120min. Without Groupon ridiculously expensive.

We went for a birthday party, my daughter had an absolute blast! There is a wide variety of activities included in the price. Most of the staff was nice and polite. It was clean inside and I felt comfortable letting my child run free. The only complaint I would have is parking! Lot is far too small for a busy weekend day with multiple parties.

First time going kids had fun jumping on the trampoline not that big but enough room for everyone to jump also they have a rock climbing for the kids will be taking them back.

This is not a safe place to bring your kids. Walls are peeling. I bought in November passes for 1 year from the prevoius owner Rocking Jump- I just realized that it has expired!? how is that possible? is not ONE YEAR!. THIS IS WHAT I CAN CALL THEFT!.

This place needs to be cleaned and renovated before I bring my son back. The walls are literally peeling, there is grim all over the floor and walls and parts of the walls are literally duct taped together. It’s really a health code hazard.

The place is over heated, I asked to turned the temperature down few degrees, but was told sorry, we cannot do so. After first about 15 minutes my 7 year old was no longer having fun, drinking cold water did not help and we have to leave shortly. I would not reccomend Adventure Zone and have no desire to come back in future.

Great Place. A little boring for my almost 7yr old when the place is empty, but still totally worth the July month pass. Beware of the new arcade games they added that dispense tickets. A free daily 4hr pass is only good if youre going there and having your kid jump for free. Positive note though! I love that they dont charge extra/separately for the rock climbing wall :D

Great place and price for kids party!!Clean and well lit environment except at night for teen jump and there are couches and live coverage on a few TV screens for parents to wait and monitor/watch the jumpers or just watch TV. Even fun and affordable on Friday nights for my preteen to hang out with her friends. Fun music and gets the kids to dance too.Seems like most of the staff are pretty professional considering how young they all are. Impressive. Ask for Max as a party host!! Didn’t disappoint and deserved a big tip!! Max is a hard worker and really makes the party a blast for the kids. Thank YOu MAX!!!

We go here specifically for the Rockin Tots jumps on Saturday mornings when its not nice enough to play outside. Its AWESOME! Our son gets to wear himself out, we get some exercise, and the whole family has a great time. Well maintained, clean, and we always feel safe. What more can you ask for?

My kids enjoy this place. The facility is kept well and clean. Has a decent area for parents to relax and wait. Staff could be a bit more attentive. Just be watchful of your younger kids as it can get a bit rough in the dodge ball area. They also have a mini-rock climbing wall now.

The kids had fun but they could definitely fix a few things. The attendants were not engaged at all. I watched kids play dodgeball get hit and stay in while the attendant had his back to the game most of the time, kids jumping from one team to another. Kids running around the place with the basketballs that are supposed to be with the basketball area. There was a wall exposed on the gladiator battle beam that someone could easily hurt themselves on. The food was terrible. Basically the kids will have fun but any same adult will cringe at everything going on the whole time

It is a really good place for fun and family. But to my experience there needs to be more control and direction where to check-in and where to go play.

One of the nicer places in Gaithersburg for kids to go and hang out while getting some exercise. Staff does a nice job taking care of birthday parties and other activities. Separate rooms for all of the parties and plenty of trampolines for the kids to enjoy. Nice comfortable chairs for the parents to relax on and watch a few of the televisions while waiting on the kids. Fun for the kids and their friends.

First time visit really enjoyed Rockin Tots cant beat $7 for two people. Also booked my older sons birthday for June and he gets to jump for free the rest of the year with some May special!!! what an awesome place we will definitely be frequent customers.

We had been excited all week to have my daughter ‘s friends celebrate her birthday party at this venue. We came in today at 12 and it did not start off well. The guy at the front desk joked around so much with the other attendants, instead of attending to us, that even though I told him that I needed to sign a waiver for my daughter, he still dismissed us without me signing one. We were there for 19 mins and it was hot and stuffy. The girls were already sweating. I asked one of the attendants if he could turn up the air. He came back and told me it was on 66 and they could not turn it up any more than that. It was still hot almost 2 hours later when we left. When it was time to purchase food and snacks, every item the girls asked for... they said they did not have. No chips, candy, soft pretzel.... no chicken or beef empanadas. I asked what was going on? The lady came to me and said “you can go up to the 7/11 across the street if you want food...” I couldn’t believe it! If I had not paid for the 90mins we planned to be there, we would have left right there and then. She unapologetically asked me if I still wanted the sodas that I had purchased. When the girls went over to the candy machines, it would not take my credit card or my debit card. They had an atm machine that was also not working. I proceeded to go and find the 7/11 since the lady said it was up the street. I walked up to the end of the second block. Nothing.... we looked it up... it was a 12 mins walk and 3 mins drive... in this heat!!!!I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will not come back. I was embarrassed for the girls I brought here, but it would have been even more embarrassing for me if I had had a larger birthday party here.

Nice place for kids to have fun

Exposed springs.This location is starting to show some wear. I started coming when it was Rockin Jump years ago and came yesterday for the first time in a year. Some padding no longer sticks into place which can be hazardous with the exposed springs, it is especially dangerous when jumping into the inflated area. There was attempts to use zip ties to keep the padding in place but they need to really replace the velcro on the padding and trampoline to ensure it does not shift.Would be better if they checked and properly repaired as needed.

Just had a phenomenal birthday party for my sons 10th birthday and was so relived! Our host went out and beyond to make us feel welcome and did everything to make this experience enjoyable and stress free! He set up the room, got us water even before it was time to go to room, waa hands on all the time, I just felt weird not having to do anything and then the time for cutting the cake comes and hes on it! After everything, he respectfully took out all the shoes and sorted them out on the floor and placed goodie bags right there on the top at front of the shoes. This was definitely a easy, care free birthday, we just brought cake, gift bags and dont forget table clothes if you want them, 3 rectangular ones, they dont have that but have the rest, we chose that the kids play first hour then have pizza, fruit( they sell fruit trays for additional 30$, that he nicely set up in smaller bowls aling the 2 kids tables and one big for adult table) and cake and then used all the leftover time to play more

This place is crowded on the weekends. Parking can be challenging then. There is plenty of interesting things to try on the inside. There is even a very small wind tube to simulate hurricane force winds. Theparty rooms are decent. There is usually someone from staff to assist with your party.

Ughhh so this was my first experience and even thou at the manager tried to make it better. Our pizza was giving away after waitin 45 mins and then once realize crazy mix up name. Got out pizza and 50 free tokens. And then when time to leave...my car was hit in the parking lot. Worst part no cameras outside! Then also a lil girl walked up to my husband and said I really want some money...approach her mother and she didnt address her. So please people teach your kids safety.

This place is good and my kids enjoy going here but its falling apart. Building was open couple years ago but it feels the opposite.

Great place, my kids had a lot of fun, the only negative experience was that my wifes brand new brooks glycerin running shoes got stolen, so be aware and wear an old paur of sneakers to be safe. My wife called a few times and ask the employees to check the lost and found hoping her sneakers were misplaced but some of the staff was not helpfull.Marcus

Never had any problems with staff or equipment.In 2019 it seems they got tired of the franchise fees and are no longer Rock n Jump. Aside from needing to fill back out the waiver... Not much change. Hopefully they dont let the place slide. We will keep on coming back.

Recently came to a birthday party here and I was actually very impressed with the service the employees and the way they personalize your kids birthday party to meet all your needs very helpful and above all a very fun time for everyone

Stopped by on a whim because we were a little bit early from our 2.5 hour drive for another commitment. Had to pay for an hour even though we only had a half hour to spare. The facility was clean and not overly crowded which was nice. I understand safety, but my daughter was bored in the little time we were there. She is a tumbler with 10 years experience and is able to do high level tumble skills. At this facility she was not a loud to do any backwards flipping. So no backhandsprings, back tucks or back twisting skills. This is the first trampoline park we have been to that she was not aloud to do any flipping. She was aloud to jump up and down or front flip only (which front flips are blind landings and back flips you can visually spot the landing....so I would think front flips would technically be more dangerous). Just wasnt worth my $20.00 for 1 hour jump and socks for half hour of her jumping up and down and climbing a rock wall. No disrespect intended.

Came here with my youngest for a birthday party. I think I had more fun than she did! I usually will volunteer to do anything at home to get my wife to go to these things, but.not if they are here! I could see how this would be a great workout.

I bring my kid here somewhat often. Fun for adults too. Employees are mostly teenagers and young adults which I think is cool. Theyve always been polite and helpful.

Was here for a birthday party . . . and we had an OUTSTANDING HOST. Andrew was awesome and made sure everything was taken care of. Theres a fine line between attentiveness and hovering and he masterd the difference.Lots of places for kids to jump. Areas for parents to sit down are plentiful. Staffing is good as well, and they now have a climbing wall.The price was very fair; we did the party of 20.I would STRONGLY recommend this place for kids and adults with kids.

Been here few times with my nephews, and we love it. Staff is always welcoming and I never once had an issue. Many of the lockers were jamming last week, which was very upsetting. Also, i really prefer the foam pit instead of air but thats not that big of an issue.Overall a great place and I strongly prefer this over the very busy sky zone. Look forward to hosting my nephews birthday party in near future!

Nice place for a kids party.

We visited Rockin Jump today in Gaithersburg. Very clean and well appointed center. About halfway through our visit my 12-year-old son suddenly got very pale and sweaty, he started blacking out then fell and busted his chin on the handrail walking up the stairs. I got to him and made him immediately lie down on the floor. The staff were VERY attentive to him, it was obvious they were trained for medical emergencies. Alex, an employee who was the closest, immediately came over and started accessing my sons condition. Alyssa, another employee, also came over and helped. And Max, an employee at the snack bar, helped in getting my son water and Gatorade. He got better quickly and just sat out the rest of our jump session to be safe. They even gave us passes for our group to come again since he missed most of his jump time. I am greatly impressed and appreciative with how the employees handled the situation; with sincere concern and professionalism.

We went here for a birthday party and the kids had a great time! The power went out briefly durring a storm but they kept everything and everyone calm and the party got back on track without a hitch! We will be back

Went there on invitation for my sons friends birthday party. My 10 yr old son and his friends had a great time playing trampoline dodge ball. The lunch afterwards was some Papa Johns pizza. The place is a bit chaotic, but not too bad. Parking was easy, as was getting in and out. Its a good place to let a bunch of ten year olds vent a lot of energy without messing up your house.

It helped my 10 yr old son walk again. He hopped in with crutches and a cast n walked out 2 hrs later. Also, they do not lose nothing. We thought we lost a hat and a jacket. They had them both in their lost and found box!!! Awesome place and well organized!

The facility was nice and very clean. The trampoline attraction was smaller then expected but it wasnt overcrowded so it worked out nice. My only dislike was the fact backflips cant be done at the park. Half the fun of going to a trampoline park is for the tumbling, and there is nothing posted inside the facility that says backflipping was prohibited. I have been to many trampoline parks where it is allowed and was looking forward to tumbling there. Will return JUST for kids to have fun.

Great place to come let the kids jump and burn some energy. Also I like the full cafe option for when I was watching the game.

This is a great Saturday morning activity for getting out of the house with little kids. For $7 per person you can play on the trampolines for two hours (as of June 2017). Good luck wearing the kids out!

I have been in some many jumping places and this is the worse. Smaller than you think, staffs member stalking you all the time, so many rules, really expensive and you have to buy their socks. They won’t allowed you to wear jumping socks from other places. (In other jumping places they will wear them) It’s my opinion and I won’t come back.

Won’t go back to this place until they make some significant changes to their management. I was coming to Rocking Jump for 3 years with my child. Today I took both of my children out for fun, but it stoped being fun in less than 5 minutes after we entered the door. The person at the registered screamed at me and asked me to lieve after I asked him to place the wrist band around my 18 months old child’s ankle. He claimed that he is a manager if he whole place, and still tried to put the bracelet on my son’s hand and made his scream on top of his lungs. He was very rude and refused to provide his direct supervisor information or corporate number. He told me that I can use google to find all necessary information. How can such a beautiful and fun place be managed by such inexperienced workers?! Business owner should be well aware of whose dragging their business down.

Children had a lot of fun at birthday event. Place was very busy. Good birthday facilities. Great places for adults to be if willing to be away from kids. Hard to watch multiple kids. Saw several kids get hurt.

Helpful staff at Rockin Jump. There are a lot of staff watching all venues and eager to help and helps parents feel at ease. My kids love this place. Have to give it four stores because of prices and maintenance; video games are expensive, entry prices are expensive. Postponed interior and equipment fixes are starting to show their age e.g. broken nets, limp jousting poles, skinless, broken dodgeballs.

I really enjoy the rockin tots jump time (weekdays 9-12..7$ per person + socks) . Its never too crowded (hope the business is ok). Fun for little ones and caregivers too :)

Poor service from HS kids gossiping to each other. One even used a curse word while yelling to his friend across the play area. Pretty unprofessional in a childrens setting. The kids enjoyed the place and they recently added an arcade with tickets and prizes.Sticklers about socks. A lot of these places will let you use socks from other trampoline companies. Here you have to buy their socks for $2.65 even if you have similar ones.Make sure you buy a coupon deal since the full price is not worth it.

I bought three tickets online this morning and got my kids all hyped up. Drove 45 mins just to find a sign stating closed for maintenance. Full refund and three free passes, so definitely good customer service. They even gave me the name of a conpetitor that might be open tontakr my kids. Walked around, clean facility, will try it again another day.

What a fun place! Parking can be difficult on the weekends though.
