Awesome place for toddlers!! A really nice fun place with plenty of activities for the little ones. Climbing, building with bloks, ball pen, slides, reading areas, and tables with plenty of activities.We are happy we found this place!

We had a wonderful time! My daughter had her 7th birthday with kids ranging from 3 to 12 (boys and girls). ALL LOVED IT! When they were tired of the ball pit, they went to play with giant legos, then with kinetic sand, then again at the slides and ball pit. Hostess was very laid back, but super helpful! They placed our pizza order with Paisanos when we arrived, and pizza was delivered Hot when it was almost time to eat! Just an amazing experience!

Very very cool place. Wasnt the Cleanest place in the world and we aimed to go early. It is hard to keep that type of place clean so take it for what its worth. Kids are 3 and 7 and both had tons of fun. Mom and dad were in there the whole time too (watching the 3 year old right?!?) So we found it fun too!

Had my daughters 7th birthday here yesterday and I can’t say enough good things! The place is super clean and everyone loved it. There was a scheduling issue at first but Diamond the manager quickly resolved it and made sure my daughter and I were happy with the outcome! All the parents and kids that were invited were super happy and will definitely come again!

So happy this new place opened! Finally something big and fun for the little ones, now I dont have to drive to VA all the time. Keep it up! Great fun attendants.

Lots of fun activities. My girls 1 and almost 4 had a blast we went when there was a $10 a kid special and adults were free. I couldnt afford the regular cost. My only concerns were that there is no gate to keep kids from getting to the front door and the staff just stays at the front desk and did not walk around to make sure that people are following the rules. Luckily there werent that many people there.

.Was here for a birthday party everything is squeaky clean probably because of places near the bathrooms were really clean which is nice in a place like this great music kids had lots of fun not a lots of provision for good or for bad usually when we come to places like this the staff always tells us keep away from this dont touch that and its really annoying.When I asked my son what do you like the most he said this and put it on everything.If it wasnt for the birthday party Im not sure we would have coming to visit because of the prices I was so now I can say that the prices at least four weekends I dont know how much it is for weekdays but I heard its almost half price is very expensive worth it though

4 stars only because of the terrible evening weekday hours (6pm? I cant even get back from work by then!) It is definitely fun, and my son LOVED it (from 1 year to 18 months so far). The toddler area is a joke, but there is plenty for toddlers to enjoy in the main areas. It is a bit pricey since they limit you to two hours but I will tell you weve never had that enforced, and rarely are the kids not so tired at two hours that we would have stayed longer. We felt the place was clean, and didnt have any problems with that. We have not rented a party but we did become members. I was sad to see that member still pay every time just half price. Overall- worth it, nice experience and we go back frequently, just because our son loves it SO much. :)

Place is very clean and new. I hope they can keep up with the upkeep of keeping it so. Price is on the expensive side at 19 per child on weekend and 3 for adult for only two hours of play time. Would love it if they would post it on there website that kids are required sticky socks. The staff is adequate. Would recommend it just for the experience.

The castle was built here!!! It was a great experience and my daughter loved it. The bright colors made the whole place pop!

My daughter loves this place and she cries every time i tell her its time to go! What i also love about this place is that the employees working there continuously keep the place clean! I hope it will continue to stay clean

Was a good time for my 20 month old son. Seems most things revolve around the ball pen/climbing/ slides area which is able 1/3 of the space. My son couldnt do half but that is just because he is so young.I plan on bringing him back to burn that energy.

This really was a great experience for my daughter and I. A lot of fun, diverse, creative, lots of space to run and jump, unique, clean, and a wonderful staff.Theyre new and doing things right.

And to whoever gave OmniFun anything under 5 stars get help! Theirs really nothing to complain about facility is SPOTLESS staff is SUPER FRIENDLY every single person at the front welcomed us once we walked through the front door. Also special thanks to the fun attendants for making sure all children are playing safe you guys are the BEST!! We will definitely be coming back and well for those who say they won’t be returning bless your home I’m sure business will be better off without you wining customers anyways!

When we went they had been open for just over 100 days. Everything was sparkly clean and brand new. The climbing structure was solid and I felt very secure climbing around the structure with my not quite 2 yr old. There are so many stations; my kid didnt even get a chance to play with it all in the 2 hrs; we were so busy exploring. And afterwards, naptime lasted 3 full hours! Well done.

They have great staff especially the managers. Thank you all so much for helping me make my sons 3rd birthday party possible. Its short 2 hours but we had a blast especially the kids. The place is clean and organized.

I heard about this place from friends and social media, so my husband and I took our kid to check this place out. The location is great, single building with lots of parking spaces and it’s near Costco. The place is really big and clean comparing to other places we went to, my kid had so much fun, we decided to have her coming up birthday party there.

I was introduced to Omni fun by a friend and had a good experience on my first visit. I decided to book the place for an upcoming birthday party in March. We had a conflict with our schedule and for that reason I asked for cancellation and refund of my deposit for $243. To my surprise I was told they don’t issue any refund. I asked where it says they have a “no-refund policy” and of course it’s not written anywhere. Not on the form I completed not on my receipt I have! Mind you I’m canceling 6 weeks in advance! I asked for a manager and the manager is nowhere to be found. I will never ever go to this place again and will be sharing my experience with everyone in my community so that they know what kind of place this is.

I loved all the play space in this playground. Will definitely bring my children back next week!

Other than some website / registration issues, this place is great. Very chaotic during birthday party primetime but clean and super variety of things to do for the kids. Parents: be ready to be left in the dust if you try and chase your kids through the structure maze.

My son had a wonderful birthday party today at Omnifun! The location is big and beautiful and very clean. Lots of fun activity stations for kids and the play structure kept all the kids (and parent) busy and having fun! Diamond and her team of employees were wonderful helping keep our party organized and made sure my son had a great time. I highly recommend this place. Will be booking my other sons birthday party at Omnifun as well. Thank you!

It was very kid friendly and the staff were very attentive.

They are open until 8pm. We arrived at 6:30 and they wouldn’t let us in because apparently they stop selling tickets at 6. We were willing to pay for two hours. This is not stated on their website. Left with two very disappointed kids. No business sense here folks.

Remember to sign the waiver before you stand in line. If you miss the notice at the entrance, it is not obvious. If you don’t sign the waiver first, they make you stand in line again, like it is the DMV.

The floor area is quite slippery. My 2-year-old falls on his back in one of the tents on the floor. He cries for 20 minutes because of his head is hurt.The floor is hard and slippery. A thin pad inside the tend make it even more dangerous because whoever walks on it tend to fall. I also see quite a few falls on the floor, big kids and even grow-ups.

Great play place, lot of for the kid to do. However, the staff seemed very apathetic. We waited in line for 45 minutes to get in and the counter staff didnt seem to have any sense of urgency. Meanwhile, my toddler was screaming as she had to wait and watch all the other kids play.

My two year old was happy the entire time we were there . Space is clean and there is so much to do . Will definitely go back .

So we decided to check out this place called @Omnifun today, and to my surprise the staff was very argumentative! I will say the manager Miss Diamond is very disrespectful! Because their website has been extremely inconsistent with pricing and promotions. So I decided to call early this morning. It was explained to me by one of the staff members that there is 20% off for the early bird special during the week. She even confirmed it with Miss Diamond who said it was about $2 off! Once we got there Miss Diamond said no one answers the phone but herself and I couldnt have talked to any other staff member. Calling me pretty much a liar in front of my child in a few of our guests as well as other guess that which also trying to check in. She was very consistent to stay on her cell phone while argue with me when. I told her theres children around Im not doing this and I walked away. She finally then ask one of the other staff members after being belligerent if anyone else answer the phone which they replied yes! I was like its the principle!! This place is about 5 minutes from me but I honestly would go back to Badlands in a heartbeat and any other place spaces. Its not worth it for 2 hours at $17. When you have a very active two-year-old. As well as I could do without the attitude I didnt even receive an apology.I truly regret telling people about this place, I was out of town and have been truly looking forward to an amazing experience with my son when we got back . Until they change the staff which has way too much attitude we wont be back. If you are the owner reading this please do reach out to me my guest and I would love to have a conversation of how you make this wonderful establishment better! Or even refund. Its just too damn early for all that at 10 on a Monday morning!

This place is a chaos and a great example of expensive and poorly run business. This place is literally handled by teens who have no idea how to handle pressure or apologize for their mistake. We had our sons birthday here and we are very disappointed. We booked a private party room as part of more expensive package and when we reached there no one had any clue about our party, no one even knew who is our party coordinator. Our guests started arriving and we had no place (not even an open space party area) to put our stuff. Finally they gave us an open space and asked us to move when private room is ready (which is fine as private party room is promised for only last 30 minutes). The private room we were given was not clean, you could clearly see the food from prior party on the floor. They spent hardly 5 minutes on cleaning between parties so you can imagine. We requested specific color for table clothes and utensils but again we got some random black and white sheets. If you call them to make any arrangements in advance they will never pick up the phone. Someone called me two times before the party but I guess they were just trying to do the minimum possible for not getting fired. We asked for the serving spoons and I was told they could not find any. Our guests were wondering what is going on. They charge you 30 dollars for the socks that they require kids to wear while playing, very nice idea for getting more money. They also charge 10% gratuity without doing much. In the middle of the party they asked to me if they can remove few tables as they needed it somewhere else.This place is more expensive than other similar places without offering anything; like taking pictures, special treatment for the bday kid etc (I am sure they didnt even know who is the bday boy before we started cutting cake). Even a bottle of water promised for each kid was not given. This is an overpriced and understaffed facility and they overbook it seems. I recommend not booking the more expensive package as literally you do not get anything special. In fact I recommend you to try other places if you have an option. They spoiled my sons bday and our guests were not happy at all. Wish I can go back and change my decision of coming here but I cant.
