Do not try to move here!!!! Me and my wife contacted Angela on the website got back to this right away we went and looked at the place and told him we wanted to buy it. Took her three days to get back to us so we could apply we paid the application fee and didnt hear a response for 4 days. Finally I call her and get ahold of her and she says one excuse after another and says that hell get back to me within the day. That was a week ago. So we told them we were ready to buy it and we have a clean background I have a job and have the money to buy it right out. Its been two weeks I still havent heard not one word from her. So idk if shes to blame or management but she took my application and a 50$ money order. So one would expect her to do her job then. Right? Youve been warned. Sorry angela but you accept money you better do the job.

Its a very nasty trailor court but if you have no where to go and have no other choices this would work. The manager is a little different. Make this a last resort

Decent park

The owners need to fix the way water is billed, we have meters at each unit but they feel the need in splitting the whole bill among each unit so I get 2 months of over $60 bills than 2 months of $30 something (my normal bill before the switch) now back to $60 plus. So basically Im paying for our neighbors to take shows and do laundry for/with people not even on their lease and the parks broken water system, as if this place didnt cost to much as it is.

Ive lived here for 6 years. Its been better then what it has been but its getting better with time. Very affordable.

Just moved in.So far no major issues.Alot better than all those mobile home courts out in New Haven.

This place is trash the landlord only cares about money and not her tenants if your renting and something breaks or goes wrong they say they will fix it but never do nothing but liars and money hungry people run this trailer park

Need to mow empty lots and make people clean up their lots their is a lot of junk around peoples lots I would like it to be a park I could be proud of l have lived here for over 30 yrs and it use to be a beautiful park but it isnt any because people done not have to clean up there lots but it could be a nice park again if people would just put a little work in their places I keep holding they will
