HUMAN FECES/BLACK MOLD/COCKROACHES/ EVERYONE IN THE TRAILER PARK SAID THEY HAVE WITNESSED ALL OF THESE AS WELL!!!So this is going to be a longggg list of problems with this place. I moved in 1 week ago paid my deposit and first months rent right after i checked the place out and they reassured me there werent any issues. So first we go into the trailer and they used a credit card to open the door because they didnt have a key for it. Then i walked in and they said youre going to fit in nice here being a caucasian person. Then I saw water damage in the trailer and asked them if it was any kind of mold because i have really bad allergies and they said no they just redid the whole ceiling. We moved in that day didnt have to sign a lease or anything just a simple background check for me and nobody else who was living with me. They literally told me to just be quiet about my girlfriend living there and she wouldnt have to give any id or anything. I move in and we were cleaning the place on a saturday when they werent open. Had been cleaning for about 5 hours when i took a board off of the ceiling and found black mold hidden everywhere. Went into the bathroom after i had left my shampoo and everything there for a couple hours and it had cockroaches and bugs all over to the point i had to throw everything away i had in the trailer. I told them about the black mold and they said just stay in there and let us know when they can come and fix it and they might be able to make it out monday. I told them i didnt want to live there anymore due to them lying to me and trying to hide it and they said yeah of course no problem and promised to give me my money back. Until i got my stuff out then they said i cant get my deposit back because i kept other people from moving in when they were closed. i only could move in while they were closed because theyre maintenance lady who lives there in the trailer with trash hanging out of the windows, empty 24 packs everywhere, and 6 kids running in the street butt naked gave me the key. Anyway besides the trash employees they told me i would have to speak to theyre boss (Darren) to get my money back even though they had already promised it back to me. Darren kept ignoring my calls and when his receptionist finally answered she just said he would give me a call back. Never got a call back and called them everyday for a week or two and just kept getting ignored. Then he said its not up to him he would have to ask his boss so i waited another week just to find out i cant get it back. Jim Figel who is addicted to helium or some weird drug kept promising me my money back and all these other promises which were the only reason i agreed to rent the trailer. Then i call Darren and he says Jim is 75 years old and delusional so what he says isnt important and probably in correct. They did end up fixing the problem..i guess? They took out maybe 2 feet of the ceiling. Then just painted over the mold that i didnt specifically complain about. I had 3 tennants living there that i met saying they had been complaining about mold,human feces hid under her trailer,roaches to management for months and nobody would even contact them back. Within 5 hours unloading our stuff that we eventually had to throw away in the trailer park(or what me and my girlfriend call the swamp) i had 5 different 40-60 year old men come up to my 18 year old girlfriend touching my car and asking her if she wanted them to help bring stuff inside or anything they could do for her. Also last and probably least all the windows were broken and falling out the second u touched them and u could hear people breathing next door. Just a terrible place to be and would not want them to take advantage of anyone else in anyway. Also i have asked them for their attorneys name multiple times and never heard back and they havent answered a call since. It will not let me post the videos i have of the black mold but theres a few pictures that dont give it any justice but the mold was growing 2 inches off of the ceiling. Had to of been there a couple years

Is improving. Homes are being remodled. New owners and management. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly people. Awesome maintenance men

Alot of work, but need help getting the work done I think.

Nasty place to live. Trashy trailers. Not worth the price to rent. Better places out there then this dump!

If this is formerly Ankenbruck, they need to pave their roads. It was so damn bumpy riding through there, it was unreal. And everyone is going the wrong way on the one way roads.

Maintenance and management team are very responsive. Park is in disarray but moving in the right direction.

They are trying to fix things but I dont think they have the right people doing the job because it seems like nothing ever gets finished.
