Needs to be updated.. I lived in a teailor ib that park and it was old as old can get should be retired honestly and its 22 years later and its still there. This is a rental no one owns it but the teailor court itself. Wonder how the wiring is.

It is a slum place I know they take from the poor but what I seen its not fit for animals. I stopped to see my grandkids and my great grandkids and the steps are all broken and it was dangerous to even walk up them. Sham on you how do you sleep at at night??

I think this place is a good place to live. I have not had any issues with bugs or anything else. Porsche the manager of the place. Has been on every issue i have had.

I think this mobile home park is a beautiful, peaceful place to live. It’s very beautiful inside the home ... I have lived here for 3 months and have never had any problems, porsha the manager always is very nice, she always makes sure you are happy and any problems you have she makes sure their tooken care of. I have never had to wait for anything to get fixed right when I tell her about it she sends someone down the same exact day. I highly recommend this mobile home park to anyone that needs a home, there is very friendly people there, and my kids have lots of friends there, it’s even right down the street from their school franke park, and next to the zoo and other parks ! I love my home ️

Dont move in there. They never fix anything and my place is condemned. Because they wont fix nothing. I have to move due to code enforcement

Went there to look for my lost cat. Had 4 people approach me for money. Kids running in the street with NO parents around so I couldnt leave. Have an old friend who lives there and they wouldnt fix their A.C. for 2 weeks. While they paid rent and her and her kids melted from the heat.

Its a trailer park. Not bad looking.

We moved here about a month ago its not a bad place to live the landlady porsha is very helpful

Management is very friendly, works hard to ensure that you are taken care of. Reports of any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Very satisfied with my experience here. High five to the office staff!!!

Very noisy people play very loud music in there cars at night and in there trailers at night when we have babies sleeping. Managment dont take care of frozen pipes after many times of asking for maintenance. 2 days of froze pipes with small children. Had to ask Neighbors for buckets of water to flush the toilet. Trailers are very bad cold drafty. Bedroom, bathroom doors have small cabinet hinges for doors. Ants in kitchen sink. Very poor maintenance on the trailers. No snow removal. City garbage was skiped for 2 weeks even though it was properly put out on Road.

This place has a rodent problem as well as bed bugs!!! When I lived there I was paying $450 a month for a crappy 2 bedroom trailer. Now Im in a 2 story house 3 bedrooms 2 bath for only $420 a month. Wells Street Mobile Home Park is one of the worst places to live!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

There is a black lady in the office named Porsche and she tampered with my lease and lied for my roommate and got my daughter kicked out of here for no reason. She also made false statements in a letter she wrote for my roommate. On top of that she said she would not rent to me by myself because my daughter is banned from the trailer court. Thats discrimination and totally messed up. My daughter was on my lease and Porsche removed her name at my male roommates request. Thats totally illegal and she needs to be fired.

This mobile home community is not bad. Its clean and they address any issues you might have! The management here is awesome.

We were there today around 1,the office said open yet the door was locked... I called and no answer..no one has called me back..

The Location Of The Homes Is Perfect And Not Far From School Shopping Centers Family Activities Or Family DinningThe Residents Stay To Themselves The Property Managers Are Very Helpful Upbeat Attentive Respectful Generous And Willing To Help Tenants With Problems That They May Be Facing

Couldnt get an answer ever on phone to try get info, n went up there n it said open but waited n knocked at office door in rain forever n gave up cause it was locked... Looked old n trashy as hell

The manager really tries to work with you on the rent. Recently evicted the trouble makers. Maintenance is very good, too.

Infested with mice, ants, and bed bugs. They dont know how to fix anything... Lets just stick a couple screws in it. Dont let the coat of paint they slap on before you look at the trailer fool you.

They never called me back when inquiring about renting. Laundry facility might as well be non-existent. Place is run down and trashy.
