Very nice community, I have lived here for 3 years. The manager is very nice to work with and she is always friendly and helpful. There is only 1 thing i would ask to make it a better place to live. Please fix the roads.

Terrible place; the playground equipment comes up out of the ground, water constantly gets turned off without notice due to their still ongoing plumbing issues. The manager makes promises then later denies you, they also lie about the condition of the homes they sell and charge way more than its worth. You sign a paper that states if you see problems in the home to list it and theyll fix it, but then never actually fixes anything. The maintenance men are not trained properly, they dont install in home equipment correctly. I actually had to go through my home and redo all of the sink plumbing, I have terrible water damage and holes in the floor they promised to fix; my foot has gone through the floor three times since I moved in. The neighborhood is terrible as well, I recommend setting up security cameras because people will steal or damage your personal property.

Could there PLEASE be speed bumps put in on the other side of the entrance way? People are going at the least 45 mph constantly. And make people keep their cats inside? I’m tired of seeing animals almost get hit because people can’t keep their pets inside.

Never answers the phone. Ive called 3 times this week and not once did they pick up. Guess Ill find a better place to live.

Moved in August 2013. Did not even live there a week and my house was broken into. Finally was able to move out in January 2016. It has happened many times to people there and its the same person doing it and the manager knows this. Horrible place and I only moved there temporarily because I had too. So if you want to keep whatever valuables you have, steer clear of here. Oh, and they have a bunch of dumbass rules you have to follow.

Filthy neighborhoods. Lot rent is far above services. Old infrastructure - We finally moved out b/c of FLOODING and old electric service that the management refused to upgrade (outside box leading into home kept overheating and melting breakers in it) As for reinforcing the guidelines (as it says below) - They should have been ENFORCING THEM!

Its a great place to live but you have people that steal from you and you have to wait 6 months before the landlord will fix anything or make you pay for it

No one answers the phone, they dont fix anything theyre supposed to, and they constantly hound you about grass even though its too wet to mow. They give you a certain amount of time to mow etc but they can take all the time in the world to fix life-threatening flaws like holes in the roof, broken furnaces, leaking pipes in the walls, etc.

I moved into the Cedarwoods park in the winter. I thought some of the homes needed some up keep but do to the season and the cold weather I figured theyll clean that up when the weather breaks. WRONG!!! When the weather did break the white trash came out of the woodwork . The kids would run thru the yards and tear your stuff up it didnt do any good to contact their parents because they were just as ignorant as the kids ergo Monkey see Monkey due. The roads are all icy or flooded. The will raise your rent annually but they wont improve the grounds. I believe the Newhaven Police have a sub station there they are in the park several times a day 7 days aweek. I would not recommend anyone with kids to move there . I had 2 kids and they both got lice and their bikes where stolen
