I live here. It was nice at first, but then ppl started to break into my vehicle and steal stuff, kids walking in my yard after i planted flowers, even though i posted notes, neighbor blares music til 12am, and now someone keeps trying to break into my house. Screw this. I did my 3years. I like this place but i cant keep replacing my stuff everytime it gets broke into.

Scenic wooded. Ive lived here 10 years & used to love it until the community was sold & had new management. Ill update as needed...UPDATE: The new management isnt nearly as good as the old. The neighborhood is beginning to decline. Very sad. There are no rules presented to new residents and the old rules are not enforced. The streets are now lined w weeds and trash and yards are cluttered and littered. The new corporation has invested $0 in the aging infrastructure. There are now numerous large dogs and homes w more than 2 vehicles. Very very sad Im making plans to move to Glenridge Manor.

Visited a friend and this is a very nice location.

I love this place its so quiet.

Though I have a good friend living here, it is very hard to manuever. It is hard to find his trailer number and nothing is in order. Everything skips around and its only harder to find your way around when you have to keep driving back and forth acrossed a busy highway. This definitely needs to be rethought because there is no way that is safe.

I cant wait to move out only people to pay rent for a year and get 15 complaints in tye forst 40 days living here i call one time and i get thrwten with a 4th evection notice this park can rot in hell for all i care there no management no help really if your thermostat goes out they laugh

While moving in i ended l up in hospital. when i came back. anything worth value(over 5k of electronics and other) were stolen, and they continued to strip parts off.

Has a lot of rules some bad some good

Quiet! Close to shopping, a few minutes on the bypass and you can be across town in 15 minutes.

Me and my fiancé were moving to Fort Wayne from Virginia and stumbled upon this place. I had given them everything they needed to get the process going a month before we moved. I didn’t hear back that we were approved until 3 weeks later. So the day we were moving on our way to Indiana I get a phone call from the corporate office saying they needed my latest pay stubs which I had sent to them the month before. All my stuff was in the moving truck as well. So by the time we were in Ohio they called me back saying we weren’t allowed to live there. It’s poor customer service especially when you were told one thing and then told another.

It is like a typical trailer park, has a good side and a run down side but overall not too shabby

Management is a joke shity trailer park to live water is nasty smells like seweg in the hole park has had to meth lab bust in the last year
