Stayed at Waterscape-Ft. Walton Beach. Sam was an excellent representative for Lazy Days. He was polite and helpful. Made our stay on the beach that much more enjoyable.

Ashley and his crew provided excellent service! My wife and daughter enjoyed the paddle board rental. The staff was very kind on working with us on selecting a location to put up our shade tent near our rental chairs and umbrella.

Sam is the absolute best! Taylor is incredible! We stay at Waterscape all the time and they go out of their way to assist guests! They wheeled our beach cart from the ramp to where we wanted to be each day. They used their drills to set up our personal umbrellas and they helped us take the umbrellas down and pulled our cart back to the ramp at the end of each day! I can’t say enough about how impressive these young men are. They don’t wait for you to ask them either. They jump up and come to you and insist that you let them help!

We took a 4 day girls trip for Mother’s Day at the Hilton in Fort Walton Oakaloosa Island and Sam was the very best! Can’t say enough about how attentive he was to our needs an request.Sam is absolutely the best by far and would highly recommend this beach service over any other I have ever used. Sam was very professional friendly an the customer servicewas GREAT...We hope to see his smiling face again soon!

Lazy Days is a great service. Chris and Nick were great the whole time we were there at Blu Condo. They made us feel like family, and always asked if there was anything else they could do. They are the best.

On 7/6/20 I had went down to the beach early and had gotten assistance from our resort as i am in a wheelchair. Well it started to sprinkle so she had came back down and was going to put up the umbrella that was lying down as she thought he just hadnt got to it. I must note there was no wind what so ever just a morning rain. The worker came up and started being very rude to her stated this was a liability ok we can accept that no big deal but he just kept on and on about it. He could have explained the rules and reasons why and left it at that but he insisted on going further with it for quite sometime in a tone that was argumentative. I felt this was uncalled for as we never once said a cross word or questioned his reasoning. Our response was ok we didnt know. Although later that day umbrellas open and wind roaring but the umbrellas remained open and up. This mans customer service was non existent and ruined my experience for this company.

Taylor & the guys in Fort Walton go above and beyond for their customers, and are part of the reason we return each year. Their customer service is unmatched and the beach is always set up efficiently so we can get as much time out on there as possible! ️

Customer service and a friendly face go a LONG way when everyone in your town is on vacation. I experienced a complete lack thereof and therefore chose not to give this company my money. There are literally hundreds of jet skis to rent in Ft. Walton - the only differentiating factor is service, period.

The crew at Ft. Walton is awesome! They go out of their way to please the guests and are very hard working.

My wife and I spent 4 days at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach. The hotel was good, the beach was awesome and to top it off the young men working the beach, Will/Matt/Heath/..., were awesome. They are intelligent guys who can hold a real conversation but totally understand CU needs.They happily offered to tote our boats for us and had our chairs/umbrella scoped out for us each AM. Renting chairs and an umbrella might seem pricey but when you factor their personalities, customer service and the convenience of not hauling and setting up . . . it is definitely worth it.Thanks Guys, you are awesome!!

These guys made it possible for my husband who uses a wheelchair to get down to the beach each day for the first time in years. Id like to give a special shout out to Taylor, Stan and Parker for taking great care of us every day at Waterscape at Ft. Walton Beach. Taylor said they were there to make sure people had a great time, and they surely came through for us. Were going back next year and hope we get to see them again!

Ive rented chairs and umbrellas at several different businesses and this is by far the best Ive ever used!! I used them in July and they went over and beyond working with me....Everything I asked for they were happy to assist with. I am going to rent from them again next week while were in Pensacola and I have no doubt they will do the same then. Thanks so much Ashley and your crew, youre the BEST!!

Way too expensive! $50 for two chairs until 5pm? Crazy! They are all piled on top of each other, too close to complete strangers. Also other customers bring radios and blare them, annoying when you are on vacation trying to relax and listen to the waves not loud music!

Angelo and Bryan rocked! They were very helpful and friendly and rearranged our umbrellas just the way we liked it! Would definitely recommend using this service, we know we will be next time we’re here!

These guys are amazing. Ashley (the owner) helped make my vacation by allowing his guys at Lazy Days to help me get my catamaran on and off the beach. Didnt ask for anything in return, but of course I tipped his guys very well. They truly helped make my vacation in Pensacola amazing!

Hands down the BEST rental company! Ash was very accomadating, enthusiastic and an overall nice guy to rent with! Easy and relaxed as they arent charging you if you happen to go over by 3 minutes on your rental. I had no problem getting ahold of them anytime I needed something. We did beach chair rentals and he had the whole thing set up perfectly by the time we got to the beach. We also did bike rentals and they dropped hem off at out beach house we were staying at and picked them up the next day. I will definitely use this company anytime we visit Pensacola (which is pretty often)! Great experience all around!

Our firm rented over fifty sets of chairs for a recent gathering at the beach. Our employees and guests couldnt say enough good things about Trevor and his team (Kaya and Gunner). The service was spectacular and taking care of our bill was seamless. All around professionalism; Lazy Days has our business and complete confidence.

*** Update from the day following ***A company can be viewed both by their reputation, and how they respond to issues that arise. Let me make this clear - when two other team members realized this issue was occurring THEY TOOK THIS SERIOUSLY. It speaks volumes.1. The bike issue was resolved that day: Sam came out at around 11.15 or so. The seat couldn’t be be moved even with tools, so he put the bike in the back of the truck and drove me down to the next location to get another. Working bicycle - good news.2. The Owner reached out to me personally later in the day, and he and I spoke this morning. Yesterday was an anomaly for them - both in terms of service and equipment.- all the bicycles in FWB are being replaced today - 10/3, with a brand new fleet, and they are also swapping out the bicycle I still have rented with them.- they heavily discounted the rental fee following the issue. Thank you- they have set up a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella for us today. Again, thank you.- The owner has pulled an all-hands meeting with his entire teammates for Thursday 6am for a review, lessons learned, and move forward. Highly professional.Thank you for turning a frustrating situation around. In the great scheme of life this situation ranks pretty low on the importance scale, but it’s all relative.*******They advertise free delivery of rental bikes. At 9.30 I ordered a bicycle to come to the hotel and was told I would hear back. At 10.15 after hearing nothing, I called back. The phone answered, and hung up.I called back - someone said they would have someone call me.At 10.30 I called again.Finally received call back at 10.40 and the bike was delivered at 10.50 - but the guy drove off before I could get him to raise the seat.15 minutes after he left I’m still waiting for yet another call back, or for him to return - and the person who actually answers the call says he has no clue where he is or when he will be here.Bike is unrideable.

After being told that our condo came with free beach service at the time of booking, when we arrived we were informed that the condo owner did not renew this service and we would have to pay for beach service. On our last day, I was explaining my frustrating situation to Ashley with Lazy Days Beach rentals and he was so generous to give us 2 chair sets...which is 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas!! I was so impressed that he would be so kind even though our condo rental had no relation to him. All the other guys that work for Lazy Days were very helpful and kind as well. Thank you so much for making our last day at the beach so memorable!!

My family has been renting from Lazy Days at Marriott and Emerald Isle for about 7 years. We have always had great experiences. The guys (Will, Logan, and Kyle) are friendly and super accommodating. We were very impressed with the service from Lazy Days. Taylor the staff at Waterscape helped make our vacation smoother by renting us a special beach wheelchair we needed for the week and then went above and beyond helping us with a life jacket and even an umbrella one day as well. We also LOVED the time we spent as a family out on their waverunners.
