Gates closed always. Nice park but cant enjoy it

This is a public city park with beautiful grounds and a playground. It is CLOSED to the public at all times.The only explanation anyone who works at the park will give is that the school district has ordered it closed.Why are the needs of the school district superceding the needs of the entire community?I sure hope the cost of maintaining that park is coming out of the school districts budget!

Nice clean park, but the gates are almost always locked. Why??? A waste of tax payers dollars if they cant use the park.

This park offers several activities for the community like playground, summer camp and aftercare for the children. Basketball and arts for the youths and income tax preparation for everyone with income lower than 64000.
