Ordinarily Id call this a 5 star park. Its expansive with walking trails, a playground, lots of green space, a small lake, and an attached water park. But there is no real enforcement of masks (or even signs) and its a public health issue.

Really nice park with a gorgeous lake on the side, looks like they have a water slide but Im sure its down to the current issues, otherwise looked real nice during the fall colors

Beautiful setting in North Ft. Collins. This Park has fishing places to play for the kids and has a sports park. Parking is ok, signage could be better. But all and all a nice place to hang out and chill with the family!

City Park is a fantastic destination for a walk around the lake, some fishing, or just to capture fantastic views and sunsets. There are abundant fields and shade for relaxing, frisbee, volleyball, grilling and picnicking, or whatever you enjoy. There are also lots of covered areas for eating with large gatherings, several playgrounds for the kids and tennis courts as well.The lake attracts a lot of ducks, geese, and turtles, which you can regularly see from almost every vantage point as you walk around the lake. My family has been staying at an Airbnb very close to the park for 2 months and weve enjoyed it immensely.

Relaxing vibe in this park. Great walking. Easy mile and half walk to Old Town for an outdoor table to grab a bite. Love the parks and walkways

Nice park, big lake, fun to walk around in, play games, or social distance. Has at least one bathroom, clean enough for a porta-potty.

Great place to walk your dog. The park is kept up very well. Love all the flowers, park benches & trees for shade. Also all the amenities it has for everyone.

I love the variety of things to do. Wide open spaces, shady patches, playgrounds, and more. Great for a long family afternoon.

City Park is a wonderful family place. There are lovely picnic areas, lots of grassy areas to throw a frisbee or just throw down a blanket and catch a nap. The lake is beautiful.

One of the most beautiful city courses Ive played. It has a good mix for a broad range of skill levels (the pros may disagree). The par 5 7th has always given me a hard time. Finally hit under a 12 on my last outing. Every once in a while there are some people that think its funny to yell at you while youre teeing off on a couple holes, cant blame the course for that. The course tends to stay in pretty good shape too, especially for a city course. I look forward to playing again........hopefully soon.

Beautiful, well maintained, clean, spacious park for the city of Fort Collins to enjoy! If youre walking your dog, going for a stroll or hacky sacking with buddies this is absolutely a place to visit. Because of the landscape design, once in the park you are transported to this hilly grass field with a great view of the mountains.

Ample parking day and night, people shouting howdy neighbor, in our podunk happy Kenny mountain town. Lots of different people. Nearby houses are very beautiful and amazing gardens. Sadly the pool is closed this summer but you could swim in the lake if you dont mind the used needles.

Its an awesome park When I lived here before they had paddle boats and also a train you could ride.

It is a quiet place. The pond is beautiful with all that fish-surfice activity. The people there are quite friendly.

Been to many city parks in almost every single state and this is the cream of the crop. The park is massive. Tons of room for people to do their own thing. Plenty of parking and lots of picnic tables in shaded spots. Highly reccomend

Its a good idea to have plenty of room for Parks. People need to stop being afraid of the unknown, thats not out to consume the masses. Great 9 hole course but it had a lot of trees! I love trees but golf and trees dont mix well for me.

Stopped here to eat a cooler lunch at one of the picnic tables, then enjoyed a beautiful stroll around the lake! Dale needs to know, how DO they broil the charcos?!

Big fan of every part of the park, but the roads are a bit confusing, and theres like a big big piles of sand in the parking lot between the baseball fields. Nothing at all major, just couldnt quite be 5 star

What can I say? Its a park, it has an amazing lake with beautiful wildlife mere yards from you while you can eat lunch at shaded picnic tables. Wonderful.

Great park in northeast Fort Collins. Near Old Town. Large lake, swimming pool, lots of grass and shade. Great for kids and people who enjoy being outdoors.

Peaceful nice little park with a lot of activity, also eight next to a pool so its fun to come to after a nice swim.

It was relaxing, flush toilets, clean, outlets to charge the phone. Very nice evening.

What a beautiful park! Its huge, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. I especially liked the fact that it was clean, and there were plenty of stations for pet waste bags. Highly recommended!

Clean, wonderful, peaceful and VERY nice walking path

There was a sign on a tree that read White Spruce, settling an argument. It was at that point we realized we were standing in the middle of a tree museum. Very cool.

So much room for activities. You got the beautiful heart shaped lake, a symbol of FoCo. The hills, the trees, and gorgeous view of the mountains. Great place for Pokémon Go lovers, a picnic, or a workout.

Great park located just outside of downtown with two tennis and four pickelball courts for an afternoons torching.

I love FC City Park because it offers something for everyone. Its clean, usually not crowded, and just a welcoming space.

Fun place to play, walk, read, pokemonGo, make friends, feed ducks, hammock, LARP on Sundays, chill by the pool in the summer and cook out. This is the go to park in town for pokemon go players. Spin stops and gyms galore!

Its got a really classic feel, beautiful trees and great views of the mountains. Its a little tricky, have to plan your tee shirts well.

This place is really nice, it’s huge and very well taken care of, beautiful space that has a lot of wonderful memories for me. The way everything is spaced out with the lake and grassy areas is a perfect aesthetic and there’s always plenty of parking.

Great park, lots of variety of activities incl paddleboats in summer, birding, large covered pavilions, ball fields. Along with adjacent cemetery, this is a noted birding area. I saw 3 deer in cemetery at most recent visit.

Great park! Walking paths with lots of shade, a big sandy playground, and good parking. Plus food trucks and fireworks for 4th of July!

Tuesday night - Food truck night + entertainment in the summer - lots of fun for adults and kids.

Very nice park. It is HUGE so unless there is a major event, people are not on top of each other. The playground is top notch with plenty to do. It has sand so prepare with buckets or the proper shoes. Plenty of shade, bathrooms and has a lake with hungry ducks!

Its a great place to hangout. Also the shelters are great for events. They are big with enough benches. There is a playground for the kids as well. During the summer there is also live music and food trucks there which provides a really good vibe.

I dont if its just because Im from Florida, but I have never been to a more active community park. Its a lovely walk around the lake, theres a fitness trail and a series of parks for kids, plus plenty of benches when you need a break. There are easily accessible portable restrooms stationed around the park, as well as a permanent one near all the picnic table area (which is really well-maintained).
