Too many old trailers sitting around empty. People have messy yards

I lived here for 13 years, it used to be a really nice mobile home park but these days there are more lots empty than there are mobile homes. I raised my son here to steer him away from Flint schools, so he ended up graduating from Carmen Ainsworth in 2008. I gave my mobile home to him & then he moved out a couple years later. It’s really sad to see the mobile home park go downhill.

Making many great improvements to this mobile home park. Nice neighborhood. Great management. Affordable living. Would have given them 5 stars but they still need to improve a lot of Trailers and streets

Just visiting a friend

The people that dont live there and not supposed to live there but move in. They will make you move out. They will follow you around until you move out. They will accuse you of doing things when they do it themselves. They will keep it up until you move out. I was there for 3 years. The office couldnt do a dare thing about it.

Ran down homes bad management. If they dont like you they will pick on you, lie on you, and write you up even if they are lies. If they dont want you in there watch your step with all those write ups they will take you to court.

Can tell theyre making improvements to the houses and neighborhood. We were thinking of getting a place here, but found one closer to work and family.

Terrible place to live. The manager has the park so ran down that there is no coming back from it. Go take a look for yourself​....
