It was a nice nature area to bird watch or take pictures of flowers, butterflies, etc. I didnt find a lot of parking (just 2 spots near a waste or water facility) and you need to be careful to only stay on the path, so Im glad I didnt bring my 2 little boys! Haha

This is a great place for nature studies of all kinds. My primary interest there is birding, but there are many flowers and insects to enjoy. Im not a big fan of snakes, but others go there to study snakes and other herps. Its close proximity to the University means that you can often find students studying all of those. Bonus points in that you rarely smell the adjacent wastewater treatment plant. :)

Neat place to walk around. We like to look at the solar panels. Wear mud boots!

A great little hidden gem in the west side of Fayetteville. Some ponds full of birds and a nice path/trail through the prairie. You might even see deer and coyotes along with a few snakes. Great nature setting.

Its a great place for a woodsy hike or run. Just be careful not to get on to the private property next to it
