Is a great very easy hiking trail not far from the hubbub of Fayetteville. I would highly recommend this location for people looking for an easy day hike.

Ill give it an extra star when people start picking up their own trash. The park and trailhead itself are absolutely amazing and beautiful but humans are so selfish and leave their trash absolutely everywhere on the trail. I even passed by a dirty diaper on the trail!

Drone flying allowed. Fish were jumping. Not too many people around. I enjoyed my visit. Will go back again. Dont forget the bug spray if going in the woods.

Great lake for kayaking! Big lake, secluded coves, nice River channels, lots of fish sign, too! Definitely bringing the fishing gear on my next outing!

Lake Sequoyah Park was a lovely place to spend the afternoon. Bring a bag to help with the garbage and pack out your trash and it will be even more enjoyable the next time.

Beautiful hiking trail wrapping around wooded lake.Take this walk for sunset and enjoy the wetland birds.Bring a pair of binoculars and or your camera as you will likely see plenty of birds depending on the time of year

Description was deceiving as Trail is not around the lake or close to waterLily pads were gorgeous thru binoculars. If there was path & picnic tables & benches along the lake it would b a beautiful place to enjoy nature

My favorite place to go fishing!!! Its small, quiet, and most of the time you feel like you are the only one there.

Horses + mud = trails only good for horses. Signage wasnt super great at either trailhead. Not super up kept, but fairly quiet and a good trail to fish from in several spots.

Like alot of the lakes around NWA, this is a good but not great nature reserve. Fishing tends to be pretty solid, but the lake lacks infrastructure for how close it is to Fville, and can be unkept at times.Good for some beer and fishing with friends. Bring bug spray if venturing into the woods, this is a Mosquito paradise.

The first time I hiked here I got completely lost and off trail, but there are better markings now and Ive pretty much memorized it coming here atleast once or twice a week! I love dirt trails so much more than paved ones and this is right in my backyard!!

Great trail with great views. First half mile is relatively easy but gets a little more hilly after that. Not difficult for an able bodied adult but challenging for kids younger than 4 or 5. I carried my 2 y/o through the hills on my shoulder but my 7 y/o did fine. Theres a picnic table about 3/4 mile down the trail that is a great spot for a break and a picnic lunch.

I loved this park its a gorgeous part of the lake, with waterfalls, places you can walk through the water, its serene, quiet, and not many people are there at this time. I recommend it if your wanting to just be surrounded by nature and its serene beauty.

Really just boating and a couple trails. If thats what youre looking for, then its great. Although on the trail I was on, the path was trodden over by cows and muddy. Not fun if you dont bring boots. I also lost the trail twice because I lost track of the trail markers, but thats probably partly my lack of experience. Beyond that, what I managed to hike to was a decent trail.

It is one of the first lake I have visited in Fayetteville! We could not do much of the activity because we were late by the time we reached! But lake sequoyah has few places which are super awesome! I would definitely visit again and little earlier so that I can enjoy most of it!

Easy out and back on Fisher Trail. It says its 3.8 miles. I got 3 with my GPS watch. I wish there would have been a place to sit and overlook the water a little better.
