Excellent service from the very young staff. This location has many varieties of trampolines and events. The Ninja warrior like lanes where interesting and encouraging. It was great to revisit my childhood jumping around. Great job guys!

Everyone was extremely helpful when I lost my phone and stopped at nothing to help me find it, very thankful to come and have fun and know if anything goes wrong the staff will be on it. Thanks again can’t remember the guy name but him and the lady amazing And was super nice to my daughter

I have been bringing my children to this defy for over a year. Today while there, the announcement that ALL jumpers and spectators are required to wear a face mask.... numerous customers left. I, myself have no issues wearing a mask if Im sitting and watching. My children, wearing a mask while jumping, breathing hard, and sweating is ridiculous! I literally heard a green haired staff member telling one of the jumpers with asthma to pull his mask up while he was actively struggling to breathe. He explained he couldnt, she told him find a way. Thats unexceptable. I will be canceling my passes.

This place is awesome!!!! So much fun for all ages! The staff was great! Super nice and helpful, the place was kept clean even with a big crowd. Very happy with this place. My family and I went to celebrate my nephew in-law 13th Birthday. He had blast! Thanks again Defy staff!

Enjoyed the atmosphere. Everyone was friendly. The initial checking was kind of slow but after that it was free range. Jalen on the staff crew was awesome with his energy and personality.

I would give it a 5star bc the kids love the jumping & its usually great, but the line moves slow, their is no snacks with such a long waiting process & the dude at the register was so rude & acted like he hated to ring me up.. if it wouldnt have been my nieces birthday & we hadnt already been waiting for over an hour I would have left & went to the one across town..

Good fun considering most everything for fun is closed. Today was a good day to go, not a lot of people for a Saturday until it was almost time to go. Wish they had hand sanitizer stations available around but there wasn’t any. Also didn’t see anyone cleaning anything around the place. Glad they were open, it was our first time out to Defy since this virus stuff happened.

My family and I enjoyed every second. We will definitely return. Always very clean and not to many people so that was a plus for us.Thank you

I usually have a wonderful time there but today I waited in line for over 30 minutes only to be told that I was in the wrong line and to get in another line. I did not go in that particular line from the beginning bc I saw a sign that read PREPAID TICKETS(something like that). Then the trampoline park was NASTY as far as wet spots on a few of the trampolines. I even pointed it out to one of the CREW members and he didn’t even acknowledge that I was talking to him. I told my husband and daughter that we would not be back until the pandemic is completely over!

Very fun for me and my 3 boys age 15,14,8 they all had a blast and we will be back with a bigger party. The more the better

We came out during the open of phase 3 during Covid-19 and I have to say the precautions taken here to make sure our health and safety are first is a great thing!!! My kids didn’t want to leave. The staff is helpful. We will be back!!!

DEFY is a gem in Fayetteville. The staff is always friendly and the prices for their homeschool memberships and summer passes can’t be beat. The staff keeps the facility clean and inviting. Our family is so thankful for DEFY Fayetteville.

The staff is absolutely amazing!!!! Hands down a great group of people looking after the kids when we come in. Extremely helpful, attentive, and respectful! The deal on the passes are so worth it.

Excellent place for kids to get some balance and agility fun in. It was great seeing kids have a great time without a screen in their faces.

I liked that you could choose how long you wished to stay in the park and pay accordingly instead of having a flat rate for everyone. I wasnt a fan of having to buy their grippy socks instead of using a pair I already owned, but at least they werent too expensive. They had a good range of games and trampolines and foam pits to fill all of our time without getting bored. Instead of cameras to watch the different areas of the facility they actually had staff members standing in each section watching you which was a little strange.

We took our two kids for an 1.5 hour trip, and they had a blast. We will definitely be coming back.

Not terribly crowded, for a Sunday. Covid policies were all followed. Multiple lockers dont work, though, so theres a high chance of theft.

It was fun but because of Covid they didnt have dodge ball. Seams smaller than the other DEFYs but was also way less people because of limited number of guest allowed, that was nice.

Friday night. 10-11PM. The staff at the front counter were VERY helpful with assisting us sign the waiver and get us checked in. Once we checked it and had our socks on my teenage daughter and I had a blast! The most physically challenging part was getting out of the foam pits. It was really dark, lit only with black lights and an occasional focused beam. A little disorienting. The music was WAY TOO LOUD it was hard to communicate with someone standing right next to you. The choice of music was “vulgar Rap,” (F-word, N-word) which I feel is a poor choice considering most of the patrons were pre-teen to teen.I’d go again; but during the day. So I could see more of what else was going on. What I did see was employees making out in the dark near the Ninja course. I also witnessed an employee carry a spray container; but never use it. He just hung out some other kids talking. Then he said he sterilized the area when asked by another employee.Overall we had a great time except the choice of music and the actions of the attendants. I would have given them 5 stars. I think more adult supervision of the employees is required. I feel more focus is needed in combatting COVID.

- staff was super friendly! Definitely recommend the little people hour from 9-10 am for 6 and younger. My 4 year old had a blast! If you’re a parent, you don’t have to pay unless you’re jumping. Lockers for your shoes. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of sitting areas.

My sons happy place. The staff is always Pleasant. They are extremely patient with the children. The facility is clean and very sanitary. This is the perfect playdate for kids. If you have an hour or two to kill or you are looking for something fun an inexpensive for the kids to do this is definitely the place to go!

They left the new girl at the register by herself which showed things down but over all it was good. Jumped on a Monday so it wasn’t crowded

We had such an amazing time. Customer service was great!!

First up, I will say that my boys and I had a great time here....but I do think they could do a few things to improve the overall experience. We have been to a number of trampoline parks across the country...they each have various activities...Defy has quite a big selection, but they could use some TLC. There were quite a few stations closed or extremely worn. For how busy this place was/is, and how expensive the tickets are, I feel that they could put more into maintaining their equipment. I put a few photos below to hit it home. Their zip line activity has been closed for months, the basketball nets are ripped, the swings were closed, and the main floor obstacle course has numerous issues. Additionally, nearly all of the courtesy lockers are broken. Last thing, they need better check-in procedures for pre-booked tickets. We had to wait a really long time to get checked in...even though we already had tickets and the waiver complete. They need streamlined check-in procedures for people who already have tickets and a waiver. In the end, we had a good time, but they could do better at Defy.

We had a great birthday party experience. Although check in is a little chaotic getting everyone signed in and wrist bands, the kids had a great time. Our party assistant Tyreek was extremely helpful! His personality and hospitality were exceptional. The facility was clean and employees were attentive in the jumping areas. Thanks for helping our girl celebrate a great birthday!

I will never go back. My 2yr old had no where that was SAFE to play. We went to the trampolines and he couldn’t even stand up to jump due to the large amount of people there and jumping. He kept falling and an adult fell onto him and myself. The signs were very small and at knee level. I’m not a professional in marketing but who is going to look for a sign at knee level. Signs should be at eye level. At one section with 4 trampolines I was told he had to be at least 6 to jump. But was also told they do not “segregate”! I asked why they didn’t have a small area where children up to 4 could jump and be safe. And again I was told they do not segregate. Then I went to the obstacle course side and was told I needed to remove my child since he was too small! Where can my child play?!?! Wouldn’t you want to increase safety? Why isn’t there at least 2 rows of trampolines that small children can jump and not have to worry about being trampled on my adults and larger children?! Why can the large kids and adult use all of the amenities that they have but not the smaller children? What is the limit of people that can be inside of the play area? The staff at check in and at the entrance of the play areas were awesome. However, the staff inside of the play area and the shift leader were horrible. No customer service skills and communication at all. Even my 8 yr old told me that he never wanted to come back. And asked if he could go somewhere else so he could have FUN!

I loved this place because it has a variety of activities to offer kids when they to get exercise and be around other people in general.I also liked it because the employees who work their know their jobs. The employees act professional and always greet their customers in a friendly manner.I also like DEFY because of its clean environment. Lastly I like it because the manager is training the employees the right way. They are very respectful toward others.

After being in for 53 minutes they told us we had to have mask on. And all the employees were standing around on their walkie talkies talking about us because we would not put mask on. Needless to say we will never be going back and will be telling all our friends about how we were treated.

This place is awesome! Kids had a blast. Be aware that if you’re going during the peak time, be prepared to wait in line before admittance.

Paid in advance to not have to wait in line and jump prior to 12 and they still made us wait in line and pushed our time. In other words don’t think paying and scheduling your time in advance means anything.

Ive always loved taking my son to Defy! He has a great time and the staff is really friendly and engaging with the kids. That being said, I gave 4 stars because it seemed like they may have been understaffed the last time we went 2/27/20 and the staff that was there seemed to be more interested in having group conversations. I didnt see anything too unsafe happening on their watch and I do think parents should always keep an eye on their young ones, but the staff is supposed to be there to use their authority and make sure the rules are followed.

My kids always love coming here. We purchased the school membership to ensure our kids are physically active. I also bought the basic membership for myself. The staff is always courteous. Some staff members even sing on the mic lol. Very fun place!!

Bought my tickets & did waivers ahead of time. really saved a lot of time. great experience for kids and adults. came here on a thursday with my man & kid & we all had a blast. weren’t a lot of people so that meant no line & more room for us to jump. music was great & was just a nice atmosphere all around.

We took our son here for his birthday and all of us had a blast even my 50+ year old parents when and jumped around. The facility was very clean they safety staff made sure no one was doing anything to endangered themselves or anyone else. It is fun for everyone (I recommend the super bouncy trampoline)

Absolute blast! Whats not to love about jumping in your socks on loads of trampolines for an hour or two, diving into tons of foam pits, jumping off platforms into billowy soft mattresses, and swinging on aerial silk? How about trying to touch the sky on the super trampolines that let you catch some major altitude or maybe climbing through the uber fun obstacle courses they have set up that include zip lines? I mean, my kids, 8yo and 5yo, and I always have SOOO much fun here, we never want to leave!!!

Our kids had a great time there. Many different games, to burn a lot of energy. If you have big kids they will have a blast. I wouldnt recommend it for children under 3, though. Our 1 year old didnt really have anything to do in there. But for children over 3 or 4, and even for adults this is really fun.

This place is great. I highly recommend you spring for the membership. We go about 3-5 times a month for 1.5 to 2 hours and it is totally worth it. Just check the calendar for the off times. It can get crazy during the peak times.

Kids Jump was awesome! The only issue I had was the lockers wouldn’t lock. They either need to be fixed or have an associate there for assistance. Luckily my husband was there because it took me 15 minutes to find a locker that locked.

My husband, myself and our two kids (ages 8 and 4) thoroughly enjoy our time here! It’s always a lot of fun. My only complaint would be the last two times we have gone, we have had difficulty finding a locker that worked properly to store our shoes, keys and wallet. There was staff helping others with the same issue, but we just took our things to the car to avoid missing jump time. Other than that, it’s always a pleasant experience, especially when they aren’t super busy!

Great place to have fun and do something different. Lots of attractions and different things to do when the crowd gets bigger. I just wish the staff was more involved and the lines went smoother and the lockers worked or were easier to work.

As I was here with my daughters and friend, I witnessed a crew member, Stephen (maybe his name) make fun of another family because they didn’t know how to use/do one the obstacle courses. He called another team member from his “vocera” and told him to come look. (This particular lady was overweight and fell just as soon as she grabbed the bars). The team member did not respond so he ran to the fence and told the team member to come look... turns out this other team member that came from the register was the “manager on duty”. As he laughed and pointed, the family seen him do so. I don’t think this was professional at all. I know we all have our own opinions, but why not ask the lady and her family if they needed help on how to use it or offer some words of encouragement? If you are working with the public you are someone kids and others look up to, especially if you are more “fit”. They come to Defy to enjoy time with their families and this particular family had two adults with a few smallChildren running around. Kids are so into wanting their parents to run around with them and that’s just what they did. They spent their hard earned money to take the family out to an eventful night that they could all enjoy to let it be ruined by one persons comments and laughters. This crew member should be ashamed of himself. How dare he try to take that joy away from someone just enjoying time with their family. Let’s be more professional and encourage others to be great. Just let them enjoy their families, especially at a family establishment, such as Defy. I hope you would consider this as part of your training regiment to ensure that this does not happen to another family.

Great family fun!! Affordable!! And what better way to get in some awesome exercise!! First time there today!! And it was a great time for our entire family!! From our 2 year old daughter, my 7 year old son, my 9 year old daughter and my husband and I. We had an ultimate blast!! We only got an hour... but you are whooped after a short time of running and jumping. All of our kids had so much fun and had tons to explore and do. Wished we lived a bit closer cause wed invest in the membership.... but were almost an hour away and only make it into Fayetteville maybe twice a month. Everyone we met or interacted with that worked there was super nice and helpful... as this was our first time. Its clean... the only area thats a bit messy is by the lockers... which is to be expected as everyones so excited to get in and jump.. theyre ripping their tags off their socks and tags are flying all over the place. But we made a bathroom trip and in general the place is quite clean. I have to say Im super impressed. Weve been to Monkey Joes around the corner and that place cant hold a candle to Defy. Love it and will definitely be back soon!!

Today was our first visit to Defy and the entire family enjoyed ourselves. The facility was clean and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate how the staff was firm yet friendly when enforcing the rules. We will be returning soon.

Wife and kids enjoy playing there, but only in good weather. If its raining outside it rains inside due to the massive leaks in the roof. Staff say that management is aware but doesnt care about the leaks.

The place is nice but they have a members line and a walk in line and they only have one cashier. When I brought this up the cashier told me it’s not her problem. Two lines one cashier.

Excellent eye lines, fun for all ages. Staff is friendly and helpful. Attended a birthday party and room was clean and decorated. Attendant was extremely helpful and attentive.

I Liked the experience .... it was new for me and there were many different types of Set ups to try .... and the workers are friendly..... not a bad choice for anyone..... I would recommend this to anyone

We purchased our tickets online and signed the waiver excepting the sign in process to be brief but once you arrive at the building if still took 10-15 mins to get our socks and wrist bands. The staff was friendly but seemed young and experienced and overwhelmed but they did a great job

One of the best trampoline parks Ive been to with my kids. The only thing that concerns me is that there are no measures taken to ensure that strangers dont walk out with your kids. They should take a page out of chicken cheese and implement some sort of measures to ensure kids arent kidnapped. May be also a secluded small child area.

Overall a good experience, very crowded on Saturday afternoons, but thats to be expected. The rule that children ages ≤6 must have constant adult supervision is not enforced though. Small children where running underneath adults as they were jumping, climbing on things they werent supposed to, etc.Over 4/5, if they start enforcing the supervision rule better, theyll get a 5/5 from me.

First time at Defy with kids ages 7-12. They had a blast and was fun for parents watching all the little ones bounce off the walls. Surprisingly safe given the crowd and daredevil stunts...

I like Defy overall. However, they had at least three pieces of broken equipment out today, making them unusable or a safety risk. The lockers are all broken. And the food options are minimal and not healthy- all in machines. They have a lot of fun things, but definitely have room to improved. Especially with JP Jump masters

My granddaughter had a birthday party today .we were very much looking forward to it,but it was most awful experience. Party was from 2 to 4 1st hour jumpi g,second hour suppose to be in party room .took us 1 hour 10 minutes to get checked in. They offered to add jump time on after the party room. But my daughter couldnt accept that because she had to work after. We didnt meat the guy who was supposed to be our host until 8 minutes before 3 he said he didnt know we were there. We never got food all kids went home hungry didnt even get anything to drink till 40 minutes after

Great place to take the kids for loads of fun although the company has terrible communication. They randomly decide to change the hours of which certain ages can be there. We asked the day before what hours the kids could be there and upon arrival the following day we were advised they changed the hours and our time was cut short because they decided to randomly extend hours for members only. None of this is advertised online or on the storefront

Best trampoline park in the Fayetteville area. The kid loves it every time he visits.

This place was a great workout that was a lot of fun. The employees are friendly and courteous. The space is large enough that even if there are a ton of guests, youll still have plenty of room. By the end of an hour youll be exhausted with a smile on your face.

This place is great! Lot of different activites, lots of space even when theyre busy. Just wished the dip and dots machine worked. :)
