Compared to other MHP the roads to the homes at driveable!

The only complaint that I have is that some can And some cant..by that what I mean is you pay rent like everyone else in the neighhood.but some get away with murder.. but the minute you do the exact same thing.you get a knock on your door saying you cant do this.. but the other person did the exact same thing.and you All of a sudden the bad Guy..if one cant do it then no body else should be allowed to do it either

The office manager is nice but lacks training, organization and professionalism skills. She provides costly misinformation. Despite good intentions, she serves poorly as a liaison for tenants and the corporate office. Contacting the corporate office is an unsuccessful challenge

When I called to get some information on the unit, the receptionist was rude and short. I think that what they are asking for rent they should offer a little more. But overall the park was nice and clean. There were a few lots that were unkept, but the maintenance of the grounds was acceptable.

Owner has a very nasty attitude. Was very rude. I was told i had to buy my own fridge and that when i left i had to leave it. I have never rented a place where i had to buy my own fridge. That just blows my mind. Then when i leave i cant take my fridge with me?? Are you crazy?? I have to leave it?? And your not going to give me nothing for it?? Woman done lost her mind. Was deined based on my criminal background. Hard to believe that nobody staying out there has a record. They have the nicer trailers near the office but as you drive thru the trailer get trashy. Some have busted out windows. Would not recommend.

I Stayed A Year! .. My First Place Ever.Umm Not Only Is The Deers a Issue For Me but also There Are Fox’s Running Around at Night.Bugs Were getting in.. Idk How!..-I Later Notice Roach Eggs.. In My Counter Top.-I Lived Alone. Somehow It always sounds like someone was walking in the trailer. It was somewhat scary for me.-I Was told when I moved in that they would clean rust off my trailer in the summertime... I Waited after the summer then ask The maintenance guy when can they clean it because it Doesn’t Look Nice. At ALL. He replied yea... we been busy.-Every time I would go to check my mailboxThere would be old guys hitting on me.Good Thing About Living there is That Your Water is Included. It’s Cheap.

Beautiful mobile home park

Very rudeeee service. I was 100% interested in these vacancies and was willing to reccomend Carolina Springs to my family member until I called for more info and got a rude, disturbing man woman telling me she ready to fight. All of my calls are recorded. I will be sending the recording to higher managment. That was ridiculous. I wish I would just post the recording so that it van be heard but unfortunately I cant.I pray that man woman finds out who passed in her Mountain Dew.

The landlord has a very nasty attitude. It took the maintenance man almost a week to come fix our air & it was almost 90° in our trailer everyday. He never came to fix under our sink which had a big hole and you could see outside.

I visited this park today and I pleasantly happy with Mrs. Margrets call about the security and cleanliness of the park and I would recommend this park to any I know .

I stayed in the trailer park the over all trailer was ok. But the landlord was rude using cursing and just over all mean. When problems occurred with the trailer and I had to go over her head to corporate she would not give me the number. I went to google and got the corporate number myself. Mrs.Campbell is a nasty women when it comes to customer service she uses the maintenance man as her spy so if u move watch out for him.

Not a good place to live. Landlord has a very nasty way about herself.

Hi I am from Ohio I moved to North Carolina in September of 2015This lady said they do not take checks or moneyjust checks from NC or money order made to Carolina springsI had someone to come in with us to see if she will take my check in from my bank in OhioMy friend just said hi and then she take my checkThis is a okay place to stayBut the lady in charge of this communication is really mean and rude1st of all we told her that the door on the refrigerator was broken it was not closing right we had to go get one till she can get us one back for that one that was is in September and still no refrigeratorShe said that we was getting a new refrigerator with to doors she is right but it was till they fix that one or got us another one in place of that one
