Quiet beautiful park with tall trees surrounding a lake. Squirrels, geese and other birds to be seen.Trails around the lake approx 2 miles most of the trails are good for strollers .Exercise equipment (bars & benches) at intervals at one side of the park.Fishing can be done.Soccer ️ field, basket ball court, baseball field ️all at one side.Many spectacular views of the lake. Just and enjoy.One portable bathroom available. Parking is small at approx. 4 entrances.Not allowed: swimming, boats.

Beautiful lake and a great little walking trail. Pretty stroller friendly! Theres an awesome playground as well.

We loved this park, little hidden away, but great park for taking a walk, enjoy the views, very relaxing, lots of turtles in the lake, a lot of fun!

Very fun play ground. Walk around the lake is for older kids but beautiful!!!! My kids are 10, 8, and 4. We park in the parking lot and usually get 1/3 of the way around and then walk back. Two of the structures in the play ground are broken. Hope they are fixed soon!!!

Very nice place to go with family and frends

There is a very nice park and playground here for the kids but the parking lot is EXTREMELY small and a lot of times, you have to wait for a parking spot. When there is a soccer game or some sort of gathering of people, you might be better off just parking on the street above the park and walking down a few hundred meters to get to the park (if youre not already turned off by not being able to park and just leave). Be weary of the lake so close to the playground, kids can wander and you should always keep a close eye on them to keep them safe.

A great park with beautiful views. Time to walk all the way around the lake because it is doable in a couple hours. There is a toddler playground for kids of all ages. there is also lots to do with the soccer field baseball field. a great place to bring young kids or go on a romantic long walk by the water

This is a nice area for walking or running, and the playground is a nice one for the kids. There are greasy and wooded areas nearby. It is a good place to spend an afternoon outside.

Kewl as heck

Great park for kids and also if you want to get a little exercise. I love to take my five-year-old son for walks around the lake. We talk about all the things we seeing at the end we go to the playground.

The lake has just been re-done and is beautiful! The playground is great and the loop around the lake is an easy 1.7 miles.

I love Lakeside. Lake was drained some months ago and I cant wait until the dredging project is done.

Currently being drained for dry dredging. Not sure how the operation will impact the walking path and playgrounds. Still a lovely park and Im sure will be back to beautiful once remediation is completed.
