I took my dog for walk on one of the trails. Got attacked by lot of bees while walking dog on the trail. Stings were very painful.
This place is sketchy. The playground is hidden from the street. I didnt even see it, the kid did. We were the only 2 people there besides the bunch of teens hanging out at the basketball court with no basketball. We left after 10 minutes. Pretty simplistic playground anyways. He was over it quick. No slide.
The trail is unique, but a little too short.
Nice out-of-the-way park with a creek and walking trail
Very pretty and natural. I dont recommend women going alone into the woods. Fairfax has a lot of transient people who are addicts in this area. Sometimes they beg up by rout 50 and have to sleep in this park- just like any other. I advise bringing your dog or a friend. Im not aware of any attacks but there are places in the wooded area that are a bit isolated.
Its amazing and great to do exercise
Fun for an easy stroll and offers a small, quiet childrens play area. Has a trail ending in the parking lot of Moby Dicks. Connects to a neighborhood and a large sports field (with a bigger kids play area). Very peaceful
Nice park for walking your dog. Some kids play sets for toddlers mainly. There is a bball court thats usable and in the shade but alot of leaves in the fall.
Nice place to walk
Cute park with relatively new playground equipment, though not as great for toddlers. Basketball court could use some work. Very shady with a creek nearby that makes this small park relaxing though.
Quiet little park in Northfax. Playground, fitness trail, Accotink Creek flows through it. Nice cool spot for a summer picnic.
Beautiful park with basketball court, childrens park, grills, picnic tables, and fitness tail through the woods by a stream. I would have given it 5 stars, but the steam can be stinky sometimes.
