This park offers more than just a nice area for your kids and family to play and relax in. Rotary Park has a very user-friendly boat launch.. it is also the beginning of the Snohomish riverfront trail. It does have a restroom but use at your own risk. However this is a river to always be mindful of the pace of the river it is a very fast-moving River at times! So just be a little extra careful and enjoy Northwest Washingtons outdoor scene!!! Be calm and nature on my friends :)

Its about the best place near Everett for walking, jogging and views of the Snohomish River while being far enough from commercial estsblishments to be peacful.

A good place to walk a dog, or stretch your legs lots of Forest & trails, feels like you are far away from the city. .

Love taking long walks at Rotary Park. Really great view of Snohomish river, complete with a boat launch. This park is well maintained since its always safe and clean. Great place for dog owners to walk dogs, youll most likely meet some friendly dogs and people! Sometimes there will be puddles or mud on the trail but its easy to walk around. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice walk. Its beautiful here on sunny days.

Peaceful. River was at high tide....felt like tom sawyer days.

One of our favorite places to bring the kids to let out some energy, or alone for a relaxing walk around the river. Lots of parking, well kept and clean. Boat launch as well.

Its private, nice location. But its scary closer to closing time its very dark not much lighting to see, so its kinda creepy. I dont recommend being here towards the end of the day. Needs more light posts. Definitely would not go for a run around this park day or evening.

Very quiet place. Boat launch is very easy to access. There is a trail that is only about a mile and a half long but goes along the river.

Leave your car for too long and worthless people will puch your windows out dont leave anything valuable in your car.

Awesome boat launch! Safe and Beautiful Locals are very pleasant people,this has to one of the best place to run its about a 2.4 mile run up to the train overpass and back! This place is the best part of Everett! Thanks for reading! Thank God For this Place!!!!

Nice place for a walk on the nice paved trail along the Snohomish river.Boat launch also but should pay attention to the tides, not much luck for this at low tide but may be possible.....

Rotary Park is part of the Lowell Neighbourhood Park which has no paved parking & the Rotary does. That gives it an extra star. All the Rotary is, is a boat launch area where people can park their trucks/trailers after unloading boat into the Snohomish River. There are spots for cars too. However... as with any park, it attracts homeless people & there is a hate group named save our neighborhood which routinely spy on everybody there. They follow you to the bathrooms, they park directly across from you, they take pictures videos & post on their neighborhoods Facebook hate group page. I have been attacked. Ive had police called on me countless times simply because I was there too long. The Park is open 6am-8pm until April 1st when it is open 10pm. But if you are there an hour someone from this group suspects you are dealing drugs so dont be surprised if a cop drives by or I my case walks up to you from the bushes. Really? Its a nice park, their neighborhood of hate is not so nice.

Love this park. It provides a great place to take photos nearly all year long. Lots of trails off of the main path to explore however I always wonder who might be lurking down some of them. The area is not all that great and the park usually not very populated. Might not want to wonder too deep into the brush alone.

Seemed like a nice park. I only stopped in to send a text message. Parking lot was large and they offered parking for vehicles and trailers.

So thankful for the labor of love for the volunteers from Boeing and other places.They d o lug out a lot of blackberries. Looks nice now.

I mainly go to take pictures. The paved trail is 1.5 miles one way. Also a wetlands with its own trail. Nice for birdwatching. No bathrooms. Pick Nick areas with grills. Fishing from the bank. Dock and boat ramp at East end.

I walk my dog there almost everyday. Lots of wildlife, especially on the swamp trails. I always feel safe, have met lots of nice dogs and their owners. I am not happy about the housing development being built so close to the park.

Has a outhouse like bathrooms, at the boat launch, far East side of park.

Love to walk here and enjoy the atmosphere I like the fact that you can either be on the cement or you can take the side and do the little walk where the beavers live great place very quiet and well kept up

Wheelchair accessible trail with some small hills.

It would have five star rating if you could launch and load anytime however this is one of the few Launches on the Snohomish river that you will be stuck during low tides thats not an issue if you plan for it
