I like Summit Park because it isnt crammed with people. It doesnt have playground equipment or water features or a skate park. It is kind of small and oddly shaped. It is also situated in between a north Everett neighborhood and one of the busier sections of I-5. I have been here 5 or 6 times and parked in the same spot every time. What it lacks in size and amenities it makes up for in the views of the Cascades and the traffic driving by. I enjoy watching all the cars below on I-5 shuffling for position mostly unaware of the small section of peace and calm right in front of them.

Great little rest stop. If you live in the neighborhood. Has a very majestic view of interstate 5. Especially at night. Too small for children. Nice benches and cute book exchange.

A very long, thin park that sits on a hill along the I-5 freeway. Everett Parks Dept does a superb job of maintaining the park system. A good place to walk and stretch your legs but that is it. The only amenities are a bench and a trash can.

Long and skinny park with a long grassy area to sit or play. Has like 8 benches to take in the pretty view of the mountains semi blocked by trees. Not a good place to see the sunrise in December. No doggie bags. Lots of traffic noise as it sits right above the highway. Does have history and a cute free book library exchange. Plenty of parallel parking.

Yet another place I didnt know existed until Pokemon go. Its simple and nice enough, considering the outlying neighborhoods reputation

On a clear day this Park has the most amazing view of Mt. Baker. The down side is that the I-5 is just below it.

Its a nice little park that parallels the freeway from above. It has a long but kind of narrow grassed area that is at least 120 yards long multiple benches and plenty of parking. Not many people go here cause theres not much to do so its usually empty. Good place to walk the dog and overlook interstate 5.

If you can ignore all the freeway traffic if you there is absolutely incredible on a clear day Mount Baker is spectacular

A small park with a few benches making use of an otherwise unusable strip of land. It is our turn around point when walking the dogs, a place to sit a minute and have some water. Nice view of the Cascades, but its right over the freeway, so we dont stay long as its SO noisy.

Interesting that Langus Park has an adjacent park called Summit Park, it is all connected and we have always thought of the whole thing as Langus Park, still nice views and a nice walk, until salmon start running.
