Very clean. Nice lake with a couple surrounding benches. Brush is kinda overgrown on bits of the path, but a great place to take the dogs for some outdoor fun!

Was going to fish but it was overgrown. Lake looked like it had potential to have some good fish but you cant because of how overgrown the bank is.

Secluded and comes with what you would expect with nature. Benches scattered around the perimeter of the lake. Be cautious of snakes!

Make you pay 5 dollars to watch a middle school soccer game. No other school does.

This was a terrible park for fishing they had weeds all along the water and each time I threw out my pole I was afraid I was gonna get hung it is sad that people who look after this lake can not maintain it

Motoux Park turned out to be a rather enjoyable place to be. I havent been there in years and wow was I in for a surprise. Last time there it wasnt developed. Imagine the shock I received upon discovering that Mater Dei high-school has their soccer fields there. Beautiful, well maintained and lit soccer field. Also there is a wonderful little lake at Motoux. Just an FYI, they do have a public restroom there. Drive out and take a walk around and I know you will be impressed.

Good place to go fishing

Seems like a nice place. fish were jumpin everywhere. well, everywhere but on my hook... get used to reelin in plant life. therere some buffalo on a farm next to the lake. watchin them lounge about was pretty cool.

Caught two small Bass Lake needs good cleaning.

Nice place to fish just seems like more people go now and its just full of trash everyone wants to leave behind. Very sad and disappointing at the same time.

There are way to many soccer fields for the amount of parking that is available. On Saturday AM games, cars are likely on the side of the road leading into the fields. Be prepare to wait. Bathrooms are decent as well as the playground but way too many unsupervised children for my taste. They do have some bleachers.

Is beautiful and secluded

Moutoux park is a park that a lot of people dont know about. It is at the far north west end of town. There is not many houses or business around. The park is way off the road. It has a nice playground with a shelter nearby that has picnic tables and shade. It has a very large gorgeous lake. You can walk all the way around it. People are usually there fishing and they have nice sturdy benches scattered around. A local high school has its soccer fields there so if there are games there is not as much parking and the playground can get crowded.

City developed and community funded park set up specifically for the purpose of having a dedicated Soccer training, practice and competition multiple field facility. Fishing lake also available on property. Trained Fifa Soccer officials always available for officiating City School Intramural games which run from last week of March, until City play-offs in June.

Great opprotunity!!!Fishing this half walkable lake, overgrowth minimual. Fish are smaller not many if any are keepable. Winds highly affect your experience here. The lake is located to the south of the entrance. You will find that you are facing the lake upon entry. Winds can and tend to come in several directions. The lake has completely open very little trees coverage half, fully wooded on one side. Full lake with half moon shape thats fishable.
