A piece of history that I have lived. We stopped to see the river above flood stage and & to have a clear view of the approaching severe rain storm.

Very historic. It also brings back memories of my childhood. I remember my dad going out of his way just to take us across the singing bridge. So glad they restored this piece of history

This is a nice place to sit and relax with a view of the Ohio River, but its rough to drive in there. The rail road across the drive is severely tore up and it needs attention Evansville. Ill help for a decent wage.

The Joan Marchand Bridge is a beautiful spot to rest during a Greenway ride or a perfect space for an evening yoga session. It is easy to enjoy the view of the river while you watch the boats pass by.

We like to come down here to the singing bridge, especially when the riverfront is closed. Today is cold & windy so we sat in the car and ate. I wish they would redo this area, add a couple picnic table, and repave the lot. Im not sure who actually owns this space, but its a missed opportunity. This cute little spot could be so much more. I wish there were bathrooms here like the ones at Burdette, too, if Im wishing. Lol. Great place to watch the July 4th fireworks!

So glad this bridge was saved instead of demolished. Its an amazing asset to the community and will continue to be for many many years. The city needs to get serious about expanding the greenway westward and they can do that by expanding it past this bridge and on down Old Henderson Road where it would be just one bridge away from connecting to Downtown Henderson.
