Always a great experience. Lots of room in the small dog and large dog areas! My westies love running and making friends. Plenty of seating for the pet parents with scenery of the lake.

Very pretty park. We stopped as we were traveling and it has been our favorite dog park so far.

Its a nice park, but with all dog parks you take the risk of others peoples dogs being unfriendly. There is nobody to monitor the park so if issues do occur you are on your own

The park area is clean for the dogs. It is near the road so loud cars and radios do upset some dogs. Overall a good space. The large dog area recently got an update so hope the small dog side is next !

My dog loved it. It was well kept. Lots of space to allow the dogs to run free. I was so happy to see he was so happy to be ableRun at full speed with plenty of space. And other dogs to play with. It was stress free for me knowing he was not in danger of getting ran over by a car.

They have two very spacious dogs parks (one for the smaller dogs, one for the larger) and is conveniently placed within Freeman Lake Park so you can take a long walk. They also have water fountains in case your dog gets tired. Dog would also give a high rating, because she gets excited when we get within a mile here.

It is not handicapped accessable. No ramp access to park.

This is a great park with plenty of schade and space to run in both the big and the small enclosure. It seemed well maintained but water was not turned on and bags empty, the reason I removed one Star. The trees shed some berries which my dogs did sniff but did not eat. Parking is limited but off the main road . The dogs visiting that day were from nearby neighborhood owners . The big dogs are across the parking so you will have none of that fence barking here.

This spot is where my friends and I eat every day! It is always so clean and nice and the mowers are always doing well with the lawn up keep.

Good place but 35 miles from my house is Abit far to go for a dog park, they need one in every town

Our 25lb puppy had an absolute blast. At first we were the only ones there, my wife and I, but then a few more people showed up and asked if their puppers could play with ours. We said, Of course! and the little rascals played for an hour before we finally had to leave.Great park, super clean, water fountain with a bowl for the doggos, lots of sticks, 2 gates to make sure your pet doesnt run off, wide open areas, and just an all around great place to take your dog if theyre the social type.

Lots of room for the dogs to run, waste bags available for use if you forget them, also a little water fountain which needs fixed because it doesnt dispense enough to fill up a bowl without a struggle.

Our dog always has a great time playing with the other dogs. I do wish that they could add some agility activities to the park. I think it would be great for exercise and mental stimulation for the dogs.

Very nice park. I would have gave it 5 stars, but do to lazy owners that dont pick up after their dogs, we were dodging the land mines.

Etown dog park is awesome. My animals love it. Its really nice to have a free place to take them to play with other dogs.

Not just a place to walk dogs, but also for hiking, fishing or just sitting by the lake.

Very disappointing. Owners dont clean up and the trash is not emptied on a regular basis. Dont bring pups make get sick.

Nice large shady park for big dogs except the fact that the water fountain doesnt work in the large dog area yet the one in the small dog park works. Not sure how long its been not working for as it was the first time I went. But both should be functional in both parks.

For the most part, this is a great dog park! I love that its free and most people seem respectful. Occasionally larger puppies that were pushing the size requirement have been in the small dog area. They seem to try to maintain it well.

Its great for all outdoor activities but the fishing is not great more times then any Ill spend hours and days with no catch. It should be free to fish I only go because of its convenience

The park itself has a nice open space for the dogs to run and have separate areas for large and small dogs. (Small dogs may enter the big dog park at owners digression).Theres usually poop bags available in a dispenser along with a trashcan.My only issue is that the water fountain for the dogs in the large breed area has been broken for some time and theres not too many benches for owners to sit on while there.People often leave toys for the dogs to play with and have been bringing their own water because of the fountain.

Place is taken care of as far as mowing. It can get muddy after a rain. Also people dont pick up after their animals and theres usually slot of droppings so watch your step. Usually friendly dogs there. Small area for smaller dogs and big area for big dogs.

My dog loves it.. thats all that matters. Was a little disappointed though that the water fountain wasnt working.

My dogs absolutely love this place. Clean and relaxing. Roomy enough a herd of dogs can enjoy all at one time.

The dog park is nice. Benches, shade trees, water for the dogs. Big enough with a slight sloped for an owner and their dog can walk the perimeter and get exercise together.

We travel an hour to go to this park as our Shih tzu loves it. Only one he loves. Plenty of room to roam, 2 different fenced areas: 1 for smaller dogs, 1 for larger dogs. Doggie water fountains too. Benches for the owners. Shade trees. Right beside the lake. Perfect.

This has nothing to do with the park itself but the people that bring their animals. If your dog cannot be non aggressive and or you cannot control your dog you need to not bring them here

Plenty of room to run. Waste bags provided. More grass than most dog parks but not much shade. There is a fountain but suggest byob. Could use more trash bins other than just up front

Ive visited many times with my 50 something pound German Shepherd mix. I live in an apartment so he doesnt get to run much but he can all he wants here!

Great place for dogs of any size. Two parks - a large one for smaller dogs and a very large one for larger dogs. Plenty of shade, water pump, some benches for humans, beautiful view of the lake

Every time I come here I see that the park has been groomed and kept up. Park staff do a good job.

Not many smaller cities have a park this large. There are kid zones, dog zones and event spots for beautiful weddings etc. Completely underrated and not taken advantage of.

Owners bring dogs to park that are not socialized and they go after to attack your dogs ..lots of fighting between dogs in Big Dog Park . PEOPLE CONTINUE N-O-T TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS.

There are two dog parks: a large dog, and a small dog park. As of this review, there are no water facilities available, so bring your own water. Lots of space to allow the dogs to run around. The large dog section is on a hill which is good to help tire the dogs out. Plenty of parking.

A great off-leash dog park in the heart of E-town. There are two separate areas, 1 large area for dogs over 30 lbs and a smaller area for those under 30 lbs. Both area are completely fenced, have some shaded areas, and running water to fill dog bowls or let your dogs drink from direct. Most pet owners take care of pet waste on their own, so there really isnt a landmine issue. There are waste bags and special trash cans for those used bags. Additionally, both areas are well maintained and the Freeman Lake park staff do their best to ensure the park remains that way.

Its a nice dog park but there are alot of sketchy people there. We took our dog there and it was like 94 outside and a guy in a hoodie came up and began to get our dog flex. Well flex yelped really big and the guy kind of left so we took our dog and began to walk around the lake when we saw a spot on him that looked like he was pricked with something. So needless to say just dont let people touch your dog. Also our dog was fine.
