Great place and very nice manager !

Quite adult community with great staff. Reasonable price and easy access to shops and freeways.

This is a nice community, but be careful when it rains. The entrance gets flooded. The water has no where to go.

An old property with a lot of history behind it.....hopefully the new owners, with the purchase of additional property for the complex, can bring it back to yesteryear again!!!!!

Mary and all the staff at the park were awesome. I stayed there for a year and a half and had no issues with the local staff. There is a corporate office in Colorado called American Families whom just love to take advantage of the elderly and people on fixed incomes, the local staff is micro managed by Colorado and have no control over the property. I would stay again even though I know of the corporate issues. The property is safe and secure clean and well maintained. If Colorado would spend a little money on it it would be the best park in town. It is very pet friendly.

So far so good. Getting ready to stay here for while. Mrs. Lorraine is very pleasant and quite helpful. This place has it all pool, cable, WiFi, work out area,and onsite laundry facility. The place is clean and well kept. Looking forward to our extended stay here.

Visited my cousin. Seems to be a nice clean trailer park. Should be safe, right being the police station.

This is one of our favorite places. The staff is fabulous! The residents are very kind. Its quiet and friendly.

This mobile homes are so near walking distance to alot of fast food resturants and... Convience stores.. And... Big 8 food grocery store..

I live here now, it is the best place to stay. I really love this place and as for my neighbors they are great.And our manager Lorraine is the best, great to work with and a great friend to have.

A very nice, peaceful, safe, mobile home community

When I think mobile home, beautiful is not something that comes to mind but this place is beautiful

Mrs Lorraine is a wonderful host. Well organized, clean and friendly.

I live there for 2 1/2 years in a 5th wheel RV with 50amp service. The light bill was always reasonable before the new park manager got there, afterwards $90 or more a month, more than the regular mobile homes. Called (MARY) the park manager several time to ask why my bill was so high each month and she never has an answer for anything. for example, meter reading was on 18 April 2013. I moved out on 26 April 2013 and I (Mary) said that i used $41.00 worth of electricity in 8 days. Moved to a park in GA and for the whole month my bill was only $45.00 and ran my air conditioner all day. Beware renters I think she is on the take...........if you have any questions, feel free to respond to this post...

Not enough parking for the community room

I am very sad to say that I had an aweful experience at Robinhood Park. It really was from the beginning. I rented a mobile home from the park that I was thinking of purchasing, and the park manager ( Mary) promised several items that would be taken care of in the home and in the yard that never was accomplished. I was a loyal tenant and always paid on time. Mary told me that I could pull out the old nasty carpet and paint, and I proceeded to do that, and in the process got a citation from her for the materials being out ( I had received permission from her to do some light remodeling). There were other park members who had their lots in a BIG mess, yet I was singled out. Next, I was called the police on by the neighborhood watch captain and his friend, whom was my neighbor and Marys best friend in the park, AFTER I went to work because they THOUGHT my husband was in the mobile home. ( He was not allowed in the pak because I didnt put him on the lease because we were seperated at the time. My husband was not in the mobile home. I am an educator and they also jeapordized my job by calling the police without telling me first WHY and someone also called my job. I have had extreme emotional distress and financial distress because of the actions of the Neighborhood Watch Group and the Manager Mary. I have paid all of my rent and park rent, utilities on time, and never was a problem for anyone. I was singled out. I also work, and the neighbor told me she wanted to be in a park with retired people, not those whom work. I would NOT recommend this park to anyone. I am not the only person singled out by the neighborhood watch. Two others were discussed at meetings and were told to keep a good eye on them. One was a grandson of a elderly lady and was never a problem, another a lady whom comes and goes. I am very upset I ever came here.
