Third-world living at its finest! I have had sewage backed up in my yard for over 3 months now, no fault of my own. The park manager Jaime will not return my phone calls concerning this problem, not sure why a 24/7 emergency maintenance line exists. Beyond frustrating, and this clear and present health and safety hazard is of zero consequence to management!Update: Over 3 months later and the park has yet to remedy the problem. Im pretty sure my water lines have been contaminated with all the sewage just sitting over them. My yard and house smell like sh!t and management has not made any effort in almost 4 months to clean it up!

Nice campground/permanent/trailer park. The owners and neighbors are all friendly, great location too, and the per night prices are right.

I’ve enjoyed being here, the neighbors & staff are very much appreciated & I give them a thumbs up.

We are traveling in a motor home and we like this motor home park because it is very clean and tidy and there is a movie theater across the street from it,so there is something to do Wal Mart is very close and other shopping malls are in the same area. Also the people that stay in the Desert Oasis Park are very friendly. As far as the rent for staying there its very low for water,electric,sewer,and trash only 290.00 a month

It is so much fun for the whole family, you will enjoy just seeing your family, having so much fun that you will even join in the fun .

Lived here for about 7 years and I have no complaints is been great experience

Its good here there are loose dogs and nobody does anything about them I gave dogs but I keep then in my yard UN like others

Its a bad place the people party all night and its no good for familys theres gangs in the the Oasis rv park they drug deal no good for children to live here dont live here because you will regret it and people are rude it Lukes like a slum full of Mexican people who dont respect other peoples privacy or fallow the rules office lady is rude and covers it up for a few dollars she lets the people do what ever they want dont bring your family to live here they are nothing but gangsters and drug dealers

Its a bad place for kids or family dont like it its a waste of time and the old lady from the office is rud the people are gangsters they smoke pot and have the music loud its like living in the ghetto its not safe for family

We were traveling through the area and needed a place to plug in for the night. Only desperation made us stay. Barking dogs abandoned campers dirty unkept more like a slum. Never again
