Overall the neighborhood is quiet, and while there is a lot of activity, most of it is family oriented. At any given time, there are plenty of kids outside playing, something you dont see a lot of anymore and generally speaking the adults keep to themselves. This are a lot of pets in the neighborhood so its not odd to hear dogs barking, but thats really a personal preference. For me I dont even notice.Most of the lots have older homes placed, so there is a little lacking on visual appeal, but the residents themselves are great! There have been a couple of management changes over the years as well as price increases, but currently they appear to be upgrading the facilities so this may be a positive. Only time will tell, but I am optimistic.For those looking for the newest park with up-to-date homes placed on those lots, this probably wouldnt be at the top of your list, however if youre just getting your roots started and need an affordable place to raise a family, its definitely worth it to check out.

You know what Ive lived here all my life and yes bad things Have happened here but they happen every where. So, On a good note if you have a mobile home and need a space come to Queens There is a big beautiful pool and friendly neighbors, along with the lowest prices in the northeast of El Paso Tx. Dont be discouraged by these comments.

The trailer park is so run down. I know theyre trying to make improvements but theyre kind of tyrannical with my elderly grandparents. They have received multiple notices and even a fine for excessive weeds but we constantly maintain their yard and there has never been excessive weeds. They charge extra for the use of the pool.

I waited for the I slept there I slept in the parking lot the night before I waited till 9 in the morning the manager didnt show up and then it was already 10 and he still hasnt showed up so I didnt get the contract I needed I didnt get the least I needed and had to sleep in my car so I had to go someplace else so I want some dive joint on Dyer and got there stupid lease month-to-month and I wanted I wanted a rent-to-own trailer so thats what happened to me and its got to go down tomorrow so if he gets a hold of me tonight Ill get the Ill go ahead take his lease but if not Im going with those other people

Under the new management there has been major improvements home I have had no problems living there very inexpensive compared to other parks and they have a swimming pool others cost more and offer less management acts fast if theres a problem thanks for helping the park become a better place to live and raise a family

Visting people i know ..its ok i guess..

Its nowhere close to perfect, but its good if you are strugling financially. Ive lived there since I was 4. Yes, sometimes bad things happen there. However to be honest, if something bad happens to you there, you deserved it. Just MYOB and youll be good.

This place is horrible, looks very very cheap. Like what they would call the ghetto. I know people who live there, let me tell you not the kind of people you want to have as friends. Bad place.

Well my friend lives here and I visit her sometimes but the stupid thing is that in order to swim you have to pay $15 for each person in your family when you go to the Y or veterans for cheaper.
