I would have liked to live there. I went several times to give them my trailer size and was given the run around. I would have been a good tenant. I just wish people will just be truthful with me with me.I always pay my rent on time and keep my place clean. I am honest person. I keep to myself. I like to be truthful with everyone. I guess it wasnt meant t to be. God Bless You All

This place used to be very nice, and full. It has really gone downhill. Its half empty. I get the feeling what the owner is hoping for is that everyone will move out so he can sellthe property to developers. They used to have a pool, party room, and laundry room. Not anymore, but the rent keeps going up! Many people who live there are elderly, and/ or handicapped, living on fixed incomes.

So far so good my mom feel safe there thats all that matters and it better stay like that
