This mobile home park is very desirable and is almost always full.The mobile home community rules is a lease agreement signed by the tenants and it’s regulations are good for the tenants and the owners equally. The owners use the signed agreement to keep a quiet, peaceful and properly maintained neighborhood and the tenants are expected to maintain their mobile home, their space clean and orderly. Tenants that do not live by the regulations of the lease agreement are asked to leave if they continue to break the lease agreement.

Bad place to rent. You can own the mobile home and the owner of the land likes to criticize your home even though it’s your property. The man that” takes care of the neighborhood “all he does is drink all day long drives around the area and gets you in trouble even though you don’t do anything wrong. Goes and gossips to the land owner that you are messing up when your land has nothing wrong. I am glad i left that place. Don’t rent there

Bad customer service! For everything the owners dont want you there. They criticize you for everything either way if you are following the rules or not. I agree with Silvia the person in charge drives all day drunk goes and gossip to the owners and they believe him. He is very rude, he even cussing you out. I told the owners and he still continued. The owners never gives you a change to explain your side of the story. I even got a letter to remove my beto orouke sign. They are racist and will discrimate you from the beginning. Dont rent from them. Its a nightmare. Thats why a lot of people are leaving.
